Had been here once before and had a decent experience. However, went back for Father’s Day dinner with the family and we were ALL very disappointed. It wasn’t even closing time, but they were “out” of basically everything except steaks. Ribs? Out. Pork Chops? Out. French Fries?!! Out. Seriously the server rattled off over a half dozen things they were out of before we ordered. When she came back to take our ordered she added two more items. In hindsight, we should have left but on Father’s Day dinner we were kinda stuck with this choice. To make it worse, they really didn’t do anything special to make our $260 dinner any better except say sorry. Well, I’m sorry too, I won’t be back. PS you had baked potatoes but couldn’t make fries?

We've been to Wildfire several times and this time was a bit disappointing. The medium rare prime rib arrived lukewarm to cool, and the roasted vegetables were over-charred, and consisted mainly of Brussels sprouts. Others in my party enjoyed their steaks and filet. The server was knowledgeable and pleasant. Other staff attempted to whisk away salad, side, and dinner plates as the last bites were barely in our mouths. A complimentary flourless cake for a birthday was the highlight.
Wildfire is always fun, particularly for celebrations and special events. They have a wonderful gluten-free menu.

Quite the swanky snazzy experience. I enjoyed the parmesian crusted steak and the desserts are a sweet light touch to complete the meal, so you can enjoy something sweet without feeling too full. The waitress was also really on top of refilling our drinks too.
