We've been to Wildfire several times and this time was a bit disappointing. The medium rare prime rib arrived lukewarm to cool, and the roasted vegetables were over-charred, and consisted mainly of Brussels sprouts. Others in my party enjoyed their steaks and filet. The server was knowledgeable and pleasant. Other staff attempted to whisk away salad, side, and dinner plates as the last bites were barely in our mouths. Quite the swanky snazzy experience. I enjoyed the parmesian crusted steak and the desserts are a sweet light touch to complete the meal, so you can enjoy something sweet without feeling too full. The waitress was also really on top of refilling our drinks too.
