Great staff,Madison showed a lot of hustle. Potato cakes were perfect. Dining room and restrooms were very clean. Exterior was well maintained after a snowstorm. Love to go to a well run restaurant where employees have a great attitude. 1 thing. Bring back the black cow shake ;)

Went through the drive-thru thought we were waiting on getting hot food but the roast beef sandwiches were cold. The curly fries were hard and cold and I went in to get my money back. No apologies. Just had me put my card in and threw my food away and left.

Today was a complete fail, which this location usually is awesome. Went in at about 11:30 am. There was no line in the restaurant, I saw at least 4 employees. No one greeted or acknowledged me. The drive thru had some traffic which seemed to be their focus. Waited about 5 minutes, employees, including someone I would guess was the shift manager continued talking. I waited a little longer and left when I no longer saw any of the employees. This restaurant normally has great service.

Lops Of Love Rabbitry

We sat in the drive through at the 2nd window for well over half hour or more with no one to tell us what is going on for a chicken sandwich and a roast beef sandwich. It should not take that long for just two sandwiches.then when then we got our stuff they did not say anything they just tossed our stuff to us. What a joke. Don’t go there! Bad customer service and bod food also.

Often quite messy. The food is amazing but the staff are just generally mean. One old man yelled at my child for having a can in her backpack water bottle pocket. It’s not their job to yell at my child. They should be cleaning the wrappers all over instead of being rude.

The place was very busy in the drive thru so we decided to come inside. The line was backed up to the door when we walked in but moved fast for the staff they had. Great communication from the lady who took our order. Communication with the customers and the back kitchen on orders allowed things to go along smoothly. Thanks for the great service.

I visited on 10/9/25 and ordered a Ham & Swiss. Service was friendly and the food tasted fine, but 6 hours later I was granted the most miserable bout of food poisoning I've ever experienced. I can't say exactly what item caused this, but proceed with caution.

Same food quality as other Arby’s but the cleanliness was noticeably bad. Floors were gross, bathroom was unkept and restaurant smelled of strange chemicals.

Food tastes fine but don't door dash unless you wanna get completely ripped off, With the cost of it I'd expect to get the correct amount of fries I mean it only costs like 10 cents 🤣

The bathrooms were so bad that we decided not to eat food there. You could clearly see that things had not been cleaned up in days.

Food is usually good, but I've never encountered a restaurant that was so consistently out of their main menu item (roast beef) by 9 pm.
