It was good I had the brisket sandwich meal with potatoe cakes I went through the drive thru so I didn't experience the interior atmosphere.

Waited 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. The cashier opened the window after I had already payed thinking I was the next car. It’s like they’re living in their own little world in there. Then when I finally got home I realized they didn’t even give me my drink. Medium fry when I upgraded to a large. Use to be good service, but now anymore. The wait time has happened the last several times. I hate to be harsh but at this point I’m surprised they got the 1/2lbs roust beef right. Will not be returning.

Very long wait time for food in drive thru. Ten plus minutes. And no apology for how long wait. And my order did not have everything. I had to go in to get rest of items. And the person in front of me was waiting 10 min plus minutes for their food. This is the 2nd time this exact same thing has happened.

The WORST Arby’s I have EVER been to. Not only did it take them 20+ minutes to take my order but in the end it was still wrong. I corrected them twice at the speaker but then again at the window and they still go it wrong. The workers seem like they couldn’t care less. We got chicken sandwiches which we couldn’t even eat but the chicken was so undercooked it was chewy.
