We arrived at 6pm. There were two people in front of us getting take out. We ordered, got our drink and went to find a table. Every table was dirty. We asked to have a table cleaned. We received our food and no clean table. We were the only customers in the place!! We sat down and I showed my wife there wasn't any sauerkraut on the sandwich. There was very little sauerkraut on the outside of the sandwich. I brought it up to the counter and he actually pointed out that there was some around the sandwich. He didn't care. I brought it back to our table and ate it without! We also noticed that the entire place was not clean. Dust everywhere. I used to like that place but I guess we will not be returning!
We had food that was missing from our bags when we got home. Called in and talked to the Fabulous manager Madison. She was very sympathetic and understanding. She made it right and never once gave me attitude. (like I’ve had many other food places do when something is missing) I wish there were more managers like you Madison. Thanks again! Id say Elk River has the best Arby’s in the state hands down.

You know you can still keep the lobby open and only take to go orders right. As a delivery driver there's no reason to make us wait in the drive thru line to get the order.

The Wife and I stopped here for dinner this evening spending $40. 4 of the items were classic roast beef’s. I can honestly say our sliders had as much if not more meat than these did. It was like they just tossed a tiny bit of roast beef on them and called it good. I’ve been going to Arby’s my whole life and normally if you combined the meat on all 4 of these, that would equal one classic roast beef. When we called to tell them about the situation, the people working there offered up nothing to make it right. Didn’t seem to really care this happened to us. It was very disappointing.
