I love B dubs, but I just moved to the area and this location has disappointed me both times I’ve been there :/ The first time we were taken out by a friend and our waitress was very rude… Yesterday we did an order for pick up and the food was very dry, hard and refrigerator cold with barely any sauce at all

Service was not the best. Jean was nice but she also moved very slow. She would bring us our appetizers, leave for 20-30 minutes and then come back with our food. She didn’t really check in on us until we asked for something. We had to wave her down a couple of times but I think she ignored us? We were hoping she just didn’t see us. Keep in mind the place was not very busy as we were one of the first few to arrive. The place was nearly empty when we got there. She then continued to tip herself an extra $15-$20 on my card. Probably one of the worst services I’ve received.

order from a different location this location sucks. they always short your food order or screw u out of something. last time I didnt receive my chips and salsa. today I order the fountain mt dew thats only there. when I arrived they said they didnt have it. I joked saying thats the only reason I order a drink. after being told to choose a different one I asked for a bottle of rootbeer(not a fountain option) I was told no. and also no to just get the money back. I'll be stopping at the one w 10 mins down the road from now on.

Sarah was our server and was absolutely terrible ,we waited 20 min just to get drinks when we were finally able to order food. It came out wrong and cold snd to 30 min to get our food.
