I've probably ordered takeout here 10 times. The food has never ever been ready when they app says it will be ready. At best I have to sit and wait 10 minutes. What's the point of ordering takeout when you have to sit and wait. To make it worse the host is always rude about it.

if you get the old lady as your server, ask for a different one, she is horrible. we just moved here and went to bdubs to celebrate, and she made it an awful experience. immediately had a snotty attitude, treating us as if we were inconveniencing her. we asked for a couple shots and she lied and said only one shot per table at a time. and then took her sweet time in between bringing us our other shots, and took forever with our food. eventually she got butthurt because she overheard us talking about not tipping her because of her terrible service, to which we were handed over to a much nicer young lady who helped us and gave us a coupon for our trouble. have not been back since and probably won’t unless she’s gone. with that attitude she should be scrubbing dishes, not talking to customers.

Ordered take out . Was told I had a 6:30 pick-up and waiting 50 minutes after arrival until I got my order that was ice cold. When i checked with them on where my order was, they said it was right here and needs bagging, and that took 10 minutes. Everything was cold.My burger was cold, overcooked with burnt bacon. They gave me a 20% off coupon for the wait. As if I would order here again. I recommend not visiting. Poor management and poor service. If they don't resolve their issues soon, I don't see them surviving much longer in Elk River.

Came here last night, host was super helpful and nice, got us sat right away but once we got to our table, it took over 5 mins for our server(jean) to come to our table, waited 10 minutes for drinks, and we ordered food (while still waiting for drinks,) one of the drinks was wrong, so i ordered a different drink & she didnt even know it was on the tap list. after about 10mins, still no beer, mind you its been about 20-25 mins since we ordered food & the app we ordered never came nor our food, then she came n popped her head over, had the “oh shit face” beer came right after , she said our food was gonna be another 10mins (yeah cuz you just put it in) and when our food finally came(btw it took over an hour until we actually got our food), the appetizer we ordered never showed up. salad was drenched & the chicken was cold, the wings were bomb tho. took another 30 mins to get the check. i watched 2 other servers kill it during dinner rush w several tables turnover. I usually love this location, but not tonight.

One of the worst places to pick up DoorDash in elk river. Food is never ready when it’s supposed to be , you’re usually waiting 10 minutes or so after the time. The female workers at the counter try and hide til the last minute of them having to help you. I hate getting DoorDash orders for this location.
