I've probably ordered takeout here 10 times. The food has never ever been ready when they app says it will be ready. At best I have to sit and wait 10 minutes. What's the point of ordering takeout when you have to sit and wait. To make it worse the host is always rude about it.
when ordering food u should get ur drinks first then app then ur main course but interesting to know we got main first then wait then we got forks still then we got our fountain pop then can tots then came app mind u not busy at this time just different..
Service is just worse and worse every time we come. It's definitely gone downhill since covid. Servers aren't very attentive (took a bit to get greeted, no extra sets (trays)for large sharing orders)..etc. probably won't be back much now. This is our umpteenth time in the last 6 months trying to have them figure it out and it's just not working.
