The gave me and wife salmanila we were sick for a hole week this location should be closed for there not so fresh food and disrespectful mgr there.after we ordered it fresh and when i asked them to remake it they kicked me and wife out even though the manager put his hands on me.lucky i did not sew them.never going back to this location .the only good burger king is in monicelo mn at this location they respect customers and make everything fresh .

I come here like once a year so I can't give an honest review about it but last time I came here my fish sandwich and my chicken sandwich were both cooked fresh and tasted great. Fries were just ok at best though

Takes a lot for me to write a bad review but the employees there are on something. Went through the drive thru to get a meal after long day at work. Got chicken sandwich, burger and nuggets. Was told the nuggets needed to be cooked.. I was ok with that, but what's not ok is being lied to.. they have me swing around to the front to wait.. I wait 5 minutes and then handed my food being told the nuggets are HOT!! I get home to enjoy my meal and the nuggets are definitely cold/stale and weren't made fresh or even microwaved.. what the f is their problem.

Seems like all Burger Kings have really run down parking lots and a horribly pot-holed drive-thru. Idky, but it’s the most consistent thing about my experience at any BK, besides the “just-microwaved” burgers. 😐

Took 25 minutes to get out food last week. The guy at the counter offered free pops for the anticipated wait then counted drinks as one of my sons 3 items. Then he rang of my sons chicken fries and French fries. By that time we just ate what we had knowing this location is a lost cause. I worked at BK in 1998 and never seen such neglect to dine in customers. Had to have watch 20 cars go through the drive thru in the time it took to get our food. Absolutely a joke. Poor job, all around.

3 out of 3 times they were out of what I ordered. The malt machine has been down for months. I like Burger King but I guess I'll just get it when I'm not in Elk River so I can get what I ordered.
Kinda annoying how they turn off the broiler an hour an a half before close. Happens multiple times in a month

For a manager to be in an employee's face yelling and causing a scene in front of customers is very unprofessional. Take it to the office and have the conversations elsewhere. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolute joke. Whoever's running this place is so dumbnThat gave me literally four STALE onion rings for my order of onion rings. The nuggets were just as stale. This place is not even worth stopping at late at night. Avoid this place if you value eating food.

Garbage "restaurant". They won't tell you they're out of what you ordered until you get to the drive-thru window and then try to sub you something else when you ordered on the app. I waited 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me and a few more minutes at the window before they told me they were out. I told them to refund me and the app hasn't registered, so I don't know if they even refunded me. If they lied about refunding or were too inept to even do that, I will update. I now remember why I stopped coming here. Close this place.

Came to Burger King tonight half hour before close. Ordered 2 bacon king meals. Waited til we got to the window to tell us their broiler is off and that we can’t get the bacon king meal but offered us a whopper meal and 2 whopper Jr’s instead. A whopper jr meal is 8$ and a whopper meal is 10$ , while the bacon king is 13$. Didn’t realize that they still charged us for the bacon king meals til after we paid. Ridiculous place full of lazy workers. Dont recommend this place.
