I’m honestly shocked at the person who was taking orders up front. He complained openly to all patrons that were ordering, in line or waiting for orders. He complained about the fact that the manager was working from home saying “what’s he doing then? Sitting on his computer doing nothing”. Let everyone know that no one was trained to do a special order for the Sponge Bob meal, then when another employee came in, loudly announced that they were three hours late. He went on to berate that employee and complain the entire time I waited for my food. He also was throwing bags around and receipts on the floor. I certainly wouldn’t want to come in to work with him!!

Bacon king burger, krusty krab whopper, fries pineapple shake were all done to perfection. Staff quick n friendly on a weeknight. Clean tables. Nice prices and a far cry from what this was 2 years ago!!!!

They need to speed up service instead of having you drive away to stop the clock that monitors their progress. Especially when no one else is in the drive through. Great service otherwise and food didn't disappoint.

Employee told me to wait in the drive up lane. Waited 10 minutes. Board switched to lunch. I said hello and the employee goes on a rant of how people can't be patient. His speaker was on the whole entire time. He and another employee complained for another 5 minutes on the speaker. I left. 15 minutes, no order just heard complaints about people who eat at BK. Not going back.

We waited for our food for over 20 minutes after ordering in the drive thru. We were given a post it with a number on it and asked to pull to the front of the restaurant. We were there around 2pm. Not a usual busy time. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what but that was way too long.

Couldn't get my food, I want to point out that I don't blame the individual employees, it seems like a staffing issue and an overall terrible vibe/ place to work. Waited 25 minutes in store and then told them that I couldn't wait any longer and wished them a good day, I hope I can get my refund, it seems there were question marks about if I'd get that when I asked. I seriously feel bad for the employees, it seems like a really shitty place to work. Not a whole lot of urgency from management and what I found was weird was there were employees eating food directly in front of the customers while working which I know is a health code violation, so that's super interesting and gross.
I've worked in fast food so I completely get their situation there but it should not happen, gotta get staffed up and to do that, maybe pay your employees more and they'll care more about their job. I hope they all quit to be honest. Not a great experience. Again, I hope I get my refund

Clearly she's more of a morning person than I am very bubbly and great attitude! It's been a long time since I've been there the price is almost doubled for what I typically order. But gosh they have great ice cream cones for real cheap still!

I can't praise burger king enough. Friendly service with great attitudes and attention to detail. If they don't hear the first time they ask politely for me to repeat my order. I don't eat in much but the few times i have the dining room was very clean. Excellent job once again!! I applied you all!

The manager lets his employees run him lie to him then lie to the customer all I did was order food only to be told I was ordering wrong sorry I don’t work there then he guy taking my order rolled his eyes 2 times then almost put his finger through the register out of anger I jus left like wow rude service every time I go there

Really bad, I was the only customer, and there were 6 people there just standing around talking. Saw my order ready sitting there for 5 mins. On top of that I found a piece of hair on my burger 🤮🤮🤮

I gave them 3 stars for the very friendly staff. On the other hand I think this BK needs to thoroughly clean the the children's play area. The highchairs were even covered in black / dirty fingerprints and looked dirty. As did the areas of the play structure that kids put hands on. My grandkids enjoy going there but we need to constantly spray our hands with sanitizer. You would get so much more business if you kept that area clean.
