Caribou Coffee

The service there is always top notch! There's a blonde girl there and she always has an extremely positive attitude. Today my husband went to get me a drink and she asked if he wanted to add something to the drink. He said it was for his wife and he didn't want to mess it up. She ended up writing a cute message on my drink and told him to say that he wrote it 😂 I have to say that's the best service I've ever seen.

I ordered a pumpkin latte, my annual October indulgence. Got up to the window to pay and they tell me they are actually out of them. Ok, I'll have that Apple Crisp drink...we are out of that too. Ok, racks my brain for what else to order now with a menu in front of me....opted for a dirty chai tea latte with a double shot. I was disappointed but still had a hot coffee and then I took a sip ...I'm not sure what it was...but it was horrible, tasted burnt, and I couldn't get past the second sip. Two days later it's still in my fridge and waterever foam was on top...is still perfectly on top? I'm not sure what was going on with that drink but I couldn't drink it and ended up spending another $7 at a different coffee shop for my annual pumpkin latte.
