Ordered on the app twice and both times items were forgotten and the portion size was incredibly small

I went there an hour and a half before closing and they said they have no chicken or steak and I got there at 8:30 and they close at 10? With no chicken or steak

Great food! But the tables were messy and the floor had a flood of nasty water from people walking in with the snow. They were out of white rice and had a very long line

Food is sometimes great but more often it's not. The portions they serve are wildly inconsistent so if you're like me and order for pickup you never know what you're going to get. Sometimes the bowl is full but most times it's half empty with just scraps of the ingredients you order. This last time I went in to order my bowl in person so I could ensure I actually get what I order, I'm the only person in line while I waited almost 10 minutes before I was finally helped because the employees were just standing there talking to each other. By the time they got to me a line had formed behind me. They made my bowl and slid it to the register so I could pay but then proceeded to go back and make everyone else's food behind me before letting me pay for my food so I could leave while my bowl sat on the counter for another 10 minutes getting cold.

Don’t buy from this place they’re not sanitary and do not order online because you get portions smaller than half the bowl it’s happened to me so many times I could’ve probably bought a house with the money that I’ve lost from ordering chipotle

The food was great, they cooked it perfectly for me, no complaints there, but it was dirty on all the tables and soda machine. We had to clean our own tables. Know body ate inside i think because it was so dirty they decided to just eat at home.

They insist on small portions and the rice is often under cooked. Some lady yells at the staff often

There’s always something out or not working so they cannot service you properly. Portions are constantly poor and staff is beyond mundane and never personable.

The extra 7 minutes down the road to Rogers Chipotle is worth your time.

First off the fact I can’t order a quesadilla in store if I want one in ridiculous, that being said they’re small for the price and on top of that they forgot my steak, so basically I got a $12 cheese roll up

I cannot order from here anymore, I ordered double portions of every item in my bowl and what I received was less than what you advertise in terms of portion size. It's bullshit and I'm not having it
