Honestly, the stupidest layout for a Chipotle I've ever experienced, and I eat way too much Chipotle. This might be where a lot of the bad reviews are coming from... please do better, so your staff aren't the ones taking the brunt of customer frustrations.

The service was pretty rushed and curt, even with only 2 customers in line. Staff did not seem happy at all. (This is ABSOLUTELY not a critique on the staff- they overall did great jobs and the food was delicious! Please do better for your staff's sake!! Whomever was working between 7:30 and 8:00pm on 08/17/25 did great jobs)

MGMT should be aware that this location needs to be paid attention to, I would love to rate you for the actual service and food quality, which both were 5/5. But please do better for your staff and the organization of the restaurant.

Went during lunch and was not impressed. The food was fine, but the process was horrible. Lobby was dirty, line was chaotic. I'd give them another chance, but next time I'm in the area I'll try something else.

Horrible staff, extremely slow service if any. Please don't order online, my food took 45 minutes. Asked for refund and was told that wasn't possible I'd have to call a 1-800 number to corporate for my refund. The number actually goes no where. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

Extremely rude staff that all seem to hate their jobs. Ordered a kids quesadilla meal, which should come with a quesadilla and three other sides. The employee clearly stated that I am not allowed to get meat with this meal and all I can do rice and beans NO MEAT. If you look at chipotle‘s website and order online, it clearly states it includes the quesadilla, your choice of meat, and two other sides. They did nothing to correct the issue and did not care. The two other bowls we got were very minimal ingredients and not worth stopping. Do not go here.

Walked in got our bowls, the guy scooping barely put any rice or beans or chicken in. All of us in the line had to keep telling him more and more because it was barely filling up the bottom of a bowl… usually I’ve never had that issue at a chipotle. Then the topping person was fine but obviously very disappointed in the bowl we got was only half full more toppings then main things. Asked for drinks. Went to get them, no ice and 3 of the pops were out of syrup!! Can’t make this up. So I went asked for the manager. He pretty much just made excuses and how it is a new guy at the main stuff. Which i understand but still have to train him or at least accommodate the customer you would think? He left cuz he was “too busy”. So we went back up and asked if he could make it the right way. He pretty much said he’s to busy to deal with any bs but hesitantly made me and my gf new bowls which he still slopped together but at least better and would have been okay if the other stuff didn’t happen. And pretty much rolled his eyes and laughed at us for expecting service. I’ve never had to complain to a manager EVER or write a review out of frustration. But this is absolutely unacceptable and I hope they eventually understand why everyone else was complaining before and after us too!

Avoid this place like the plague!
Management is terrible, the staff is terrible. Everything is absolutely filthy, no ice..no juice..garbage everywhere. This is probably the worst place I've ever eaten at...I should've returned my meal and went elsewhere.

Are the workers aware of what the serving sizes are? Have to ask for extra rice, cheese and lettuce so my bowl is actually kind of full. Also today I order chicken, she puts steak. I mentioned I said chicken and instead of starting over she proceeded to scoop out the steak with her hands and then added the chicken. I don’t know if that is the policy there but it felt wrong to me. The food is fine just frustrated with the service.

I've only been to this location twice counting today's visit, and let me tell you I am not impressed at all. First of all, I know that Chipotle operates their stores at a high level of standards for cleanliness and customer service, and this store is severely lacking on those fronts. The inside of the store has been so filthy I don't even want to stay to eat. The first time, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but it's been that dirty twice now.

Second of all, the staff is so unorganized and they don't appear to have any sense of teamwork. The first time I saw employees goofing off in the back on their phones while the one teammate was left alone to serve a line of customers. Today there was one girl with a tattoo of a rose on her neck that had the worst attitude, wasn't listening to the customers, and decided to just send my bowl down the line without checking to make sure I was finished ordering.

Third of all, the portions are ridiculously small. Half scoops of rice, beans, and meat. When I asked for a full scoop, I was told I would be charged double. I asked for cheese on my bowl and was ignored. I was also told I would be charged for green tomatillo salsa on the side.

After being to several Chipotle in various locations across America and never having a bad experience until now, I think I'll skip out on this location from now on.

Exactly unhappy! $80 dollars later family of 5 leaving hungry.. extremely stingy with the meet. Charge us double meat and it was less than single meat. Maybe 5 shreds of cheese and about the same with the lettuce. My 10yr olds asked if they could get seconds. Not friendly staff and tables were dirty we are outside. I’m not one to complain I know it’s hard to get employees but this was pathetic.

The food was okay, but the service was beyond words. They washed my feet and massaged my back as soon as i entered, all while motivating me with andrew tate reels while i stood in line. Then when i was ordering food, they whispered asmr into my ear to make me feel calm, and kissed my cheek gently like i was their beautiful little baby.

I go to Chipotle 2 times a week. I have been to this one twice both time the portion was not correct. The service was really bad I was looked at with attitude and eye rolls I paid for a double portion but it was only as much as a single portion. The people behind asked for got the same treatment. I would recommend you skip this one and go to the one in Roger's they need new management and new employees who actually care about there jobs because the service and the attitude I got here I will never come here again.

Typically out of chicken and rice. Whatever is left over looks a bit suspect. The team looks miserable this location must be short of management. Expect to spend some time waiting around whether you wait in line or order for pickup.
