I will never eat at this Chipotle in Elk River. So dirty and gross. Why aren’t this employees not cleaning up and replacing the food. Health inspectors need to come to this location asap. Don’t eat here. Unless you want to get sick.

I love Chipotle burritos many times I have gone in and they are out of an item I want one server scraped the walls of the rice pan they was scraping the hardened rice out of the pan into my burrito when there was a new fresh pan behind them my burrito had hard rice in it not very pleasant to eat burrito is not supposed to be crunchy. The tables were all dirty from previous customers meaning they were not getting wiped down between customers.

Catering order was made 24 hours in advanced. Had to wait 25 min after the scheduled pick up time. Tortillas was all over bottom of box. The food was not warm. No bowls or plates. Had to go out to buy some. All employees looked very unhappy. Was not happy. Called and made complaint. Was reimbursed a small amount. But will never go back. This was over a $200 order.
