Extremely disappointing execution and service. We waited over 40 minutes for our food last summer and decided to stay away for a while. Tonight was our first time back I get the kids home and discover that they made the burgers incorrectly and shorted us one of the French fries. When I called in the manager stated the only thing he could do was provide me with another small fry the next time I come back. No additional action for the inconvenience. For those of you that have kids you know how challenging it is when you're getting dinner last minute and it's not correct. We will not ever be returning to this location.

Was in Elk River today Culver's. I have never seen this place this busy. But wow, didn't wait long for my food. The employees were all working very hard especially the workers delivering food inside and outside.

Thoroughly enjoyed their spicy chicken sandwich and fries!! It's a substantial piece of chicken breast and it is perfectly spicy! I've always enjoyed Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich but Culver's is so much better.

The last time we went through the drivethrough, a guy named James took our order, and he was so funny! He completely made our day, and it was refreshing to experience some humor and personality in what I can only imagine is not exactly a normally exciting workplace. Thank you, James. Keep up the fun!

We really like going to Culver's every now and then over the last 20 years! The food is very good and always consistent! The fries are not my favorite, but are good. The burgers, reubens, and pot roast sandwiches, are very good, the cod is excellent. And of course, the custard is also excellent! I'd say the pricing is about the middle of what to expect for fast food and the service has always been Minnesota Nice...even though they're a Wisconsin born company ;o)

The last 2 times I have ordered from this location, the order has been missing food items that I paid for. The attention to detail is really missing from the people that work here. So glad I am paying for food I am not receiving.

Came here on a sunday at 6pm for some ice cream. The restaurant was so far behind that we had to sit for 30 min just to get out of the drive through (see photo). We had eaten the ice cream while waiting. While I do not go to culvers very often, the ice cream has always been smooth and sweet. Tonight the ice cream was grainy and left residue on the spoon. Overall the experience left me feeling exhuasted. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.

Very nice employees. Was somewhat busy but there were alot of team members working. It took more than five minutes for our food to come out but it was very hot and fresh. The drive through was very busy. We liked the dining room layout. I dont think we have ever been to this location.
