They give me expire beard for my burger, if it was night time I am sure I will eat that nasty food, thank God it's was bright enough to the see the kind of food they sealing to people. I never ever back to DQ or recommend anyone. And I am so glad I can say something about it.

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday. I won’t ever be back.

1. Crabby employees. What appeared to be the shift manager was clearly having a terrible day. She was upset at her fellow employee, and making my blizzard was not a high priority.

2. Cost. I ordered A MINI Blizzard. It neared $5. Crazy. Does Dairy Queen not see there is zero value in their sales for the consumer? Not even close to fair for a cup of ice cream.

3. I ordered the Mocha Chip blizzard. It looked good on display sign. Sadly, the ice cream wasn’t mocha flavored, it was just plain vanilla. The mocha chips were interspersed, but very few. There were no mocha chips on the top. Poor, poor attention to detail.

Small things add up. Price, quality, employee kindness—terrible. I hope the Dairy Queen franchise sees what’s happening, and it’s not only in Elk River.

I, for one, am done. I’d like to be valued.

9/7/24 like big lake so thought try elk river. Worst food I have had ticked 21 $27.59. Been trying to call with no answer since 9/7 12/19pm. Food very bad girls made 2 blizzards right away. Waited over half hour for food standing at counter hot in there no place to sit blizzards melted no longer solid. Cheeseburgers meat was thin and burnt taste. Fries were small and tastes of burnt grease. Chicken had same flavor and tough. Bad experience had friend with she eats at big lake dairy queen says totally different. Total bill 27.59 for ruined food

The outside of the building is infested with hundreds of huge barn spiders. You have to walk through them to get in the doors. It’s terrible that the owner just leaves it like that.

To say I’m disgusted is an understatement. Spent $32 on food. AND THERE IS BLUE HAIR IN MULTIPLE FRIES AND EVEN THE CHICKEN. That’s just what we found after noticing. Not sure if there could have been more. We tried to call and no one could even answer. I want this situation dealt with. This is unacceptable. Beyond nasty.

Poor ice cream mix... to icecy and not creamy at all. Won't go back.

Decent food, but they should have a ketchup dispenser instead of packets. Service was slower than some other locations, but still okay. Feels a little outdated, but still comfortable for seating.

7 people working and still the most painfully slow service. This is the 2nd time with the same experience. Will not go back.

Good ice cream treats, food was above average, service was great and relatively swift considering how busy they were. One thing I'll mention was the staff was working as fast as they possibly could and had great attitudes with how busy and buried they were with a steady line of customers.

Was not acknowledged at all upon entering, and just stood there confused.
Every empty table in the dining room was covered in ketchup or some other type of filth as the 4 teenagers idly stood by ignoring customers. Once my son and I received our food, burgers were all right but the fries and cheese curds were cold.
I requested fresh ones. Zero excuse for cold curds. Manager looked at me like I was insane, and rudely said she would make new one. Fresh fries and curds came out. COLD AND SOGGY. Cooked just long enough to thaw them. When I went to approach the counter again the teens began snickering and turned around. I left immediately.

I always check my blizzards when I'm in store but my Doordash orders are consistently wrong. I figured I'd share a photo and see if it can be communicated to whoever holds the Doordarsh account! We don't always get the same thing but this time I saw this disconnect. I ordered 2 cookie dough blizzards and added a topping in each: heath in the small and reeces cups in the large. Food is always great and warm, again, when we're in the store! Thank you!
