My brother and I ordered with the dominos website and swing in to get our pizzas. They were done very quickly and the staff were ready for us when we arrived. The lobby was clean which iw always appreciated! Got home and enjoyed the pizza!!

They usually get your food in a timely manner. Pizza is lacking sauce if u ask to extra its way too much if they just would be enough on a normal pizza it would be great. The guys and gals that work there always greet u when u walk in even if they are getting there butt kicked! Would recommend!

We always get our pizza from else where. However, with their $9.99 deal with any crust/topping, decided to give Domino's a try. In the past, we have had pizza at Domino's but it's either too dry or not cooked thoroughly. Never try this place before and this is our first time.

So I ordered 2 pizza for $9.99 each. Add the crust and all the toppings I want. Also ordered a few other additional sides with it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pizza from this location. It was cooked perfectly, not dry or uncooked like other places. It tasted delicious. Since Pizza Hut is no longer in business, hopefully this is our new go to place.

I've become pretty dependent on Elk River Domino's to feed my family Monday nights when I work late. They're open late enough for me to sit down and BREATHE for a minute before I have to get my order in. It's always been correct. It's always been warm. My service has always been pleasant. Regardless of how late I am picking it up. Or how close to closing they never rush me. I can't say anything specificly amazing except that the reason I can't is they just get it right every time. No fuss. No hassle. Just good Domino's.

Everything always tastes great and I’ve never had a mistake with this store. However, I’ve noticed that their portion sizes have gotten significantly smaller, their boneless chicken has gotten smaller and last night I got barely any pasta in my bowl. ?
(Excuse the bad picture but it was about 1/3 of the way full. Still delicious but this pregnant mama was disappointed in the amount).

Terrible ordering experience almost all the time. Super inconsistent with their service and delivery. Sometimes you order from them and your order is ready for delivery within a short time and other times your pizzas sit under the “prep” status for over 40 mins! Never supporting them again. This keeps happening and when I finally called to cancel my most recent order because it took so long they didn’t even care to apologize!

Can’t rate this pizza, still waiting after getting a phone call that it left the store almost an hour ago. Got notification about 30 minutes ago he was in my neighborhood, then I see him back at the store. Guess my mistake was tipping $10 on a $19 order. Back to cash tipping!

Update: Cold Pizza and no apology. Then, I get an email that my order wasn’t was it should be and a link for points or whatever, that doesn’t work. Womp womp.

Put you on hold for well over 30 min. I know because I had enough time to drive up and sit in the parking lot and watch the employees walk past the phone, and one go to the bathroom, another two chit chat while I sat in the parking lot. While I was there, they did not put anyone on hold while I sat inside for my order.

Every time I go to this store they’re putting the pizza in, or just put the pizza in the oven when I ask for my order. The pizza tracker always says it done and ready for pickup.

Ordered two pizzas. Arrived approximately 50 minutes after ordering. Both pizzas were COLD. One of the pizzas two slices the crust was stuck to the box. So only able to eat ingredients on top. Disappointed with DOMINOS ORDER.
