I am beyond frustrated with this location and the managers. My wife ordered an unwich because she cant eat gluten and was charged $19. That is outrageous! When I called the managers did nothing to make this right. We will not be going here again.

Rude, condescending staff. Rarely in the few times that I've visited this location have they ever actually added extra onions as I've requested. They look at you like you're wasting their time by ordering food from them -- you know, the job they're paid to do! Obviously, management doesn't care, because if they did, they would properly train their staff. I won't be returning to this location -- ever.

My food was left in the entrance of my apt complex, he could of at least called /emailed/text me to let me know it was there! I called to see where my food was, then I was told it was there. You pay for delivery, it should be delivered to your door! At least food was good and still warm. Surprisingly.

It’s a jimmy John’s nothing special same location too location least nothing special stood out too me atleast.
Ordered delivery 12/4 at 5:15pm 2.7 miles away called 40 minutes later with no delivery in site .. was told another 15-20 minutes.. orders should not be accepted for ordering if this is how long it will take for something that should be 15 minutes .. if you do not have the drivers do NOT accept deliveries.. WHICH btw is over 16.50 for a single Italian night sub no extras... JJ is somehow more expensive than ordering pizza complete joke

Wow.. jjs did it again with the picklewitch. I’ve seen it all over tiktok lol. When I came in this nice young man made my pickle sammy. He was just as excited as I was when he handed it to me haha. And when I got to my car. It was SO nicely wrapped. So it didn’t all come out like in the videos. If I could post a photo I would… And it was delish. I think just the vibes made it 10/10. Thank you. I don’t know your name but I was really excited about the picklewitch around 3:10 today. ? turkey with a turkey tom
