If I could give this no stars I would. The whole experience was horrible. My family and I arrived around 845pm and even checked the door lobby hours and it stated open until 11pm. We went and ordered our food and sat down. The food was brought out all of the burgers were cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. As we sat and ate the employees turned off the lights without any warning. A employee walked passed our table and my son asked why they turned the lights off she ignored him. We decided to just leave as we were leaving we seen who I assumed to either be a manager or supervisor as their shirt was a long sleeve button up. We asked him why they turned the lights off he said without even looking at us saying very rude the lobby is closed!!! My fiancé then asked why the door and web stated 11pm and he said he didn’t know. This was an all over horrible experience and I am honestly embarrassed. I have never been treated like this unprovoked. I understand that sometimes buisness need to close early for various reasons but to turn the lights off on a family while eating and not communicating with your customers is absolutely uncalled for. For spending $80 for this I am so disappointed and plan on returning to get a refund and contact corporate..

ordered for pick up, waited 20 minutes after getting there, food was cold and sloppily thrown together. They forgot to give my son a drink in his happy meal, and i had paid for extra toppings and had less than the normal amount of toppings on my burger.

Put in those kiosks for people to order and pay themselves.... What a joke! The kiosks go down and can't even order at the counter. That kinda crap deserves free meals for waiting.

This mcdonalds absolutely sucks. The workers suck at their job and half the time i get food here its undercooked or missing something . Today i ordered breakfast and they didnt get my ordered . Sat snd waited for half hour before somebody acknowledged me and they couldnt make my food . Do not recommend coming here !

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience….. until tonight. They somehow missed a whole meal and a extra burger and Large Fry. When I called asking for a refund or maybe some coupons/credit they said they couldn’t do that only could possibly give me new food if I drove back 25 minutes to pick it up. I don’t usually do stuff like this but it’s appalling. Edit: also the Meat we had gotten was so pink you could hear it mooing in the field.

Normal people rate McDonald's from the perspective of a human doing human things. Honest people know this is the fast food equivalent of hard drugs. Service, quality, atmosphere, and food are not why someone goes to McDonald's. It's because our primate monkey brains are hard wired to fiend for sodium and glucose, and this is where you go for a non-judgemental fix of sweet, sweet altering of your brain juices.

Drive thru worker forgot a whole bag containing both the sauces and apple slices ordered that were paid for. Even asked if the apple slices and sauces were there, he said, “Yep! Put them in there my self”. Way to pay attention

I don’t usually leave reviews unless it was spectacular, or spectacularly horrible. I ordered through the website for delivery, and I wanted some late night sweet treats and I did NOT receive my order. I got more than I ordered, so I guess I can’t complain all that much, but I should’ve gotten what I ORDERED. Which I didn’t… When I called for a refund, all they told me was to gO tRhOuHg DoorDash. Like. Tf? I ordered through the damn site, NOT through DoorDash, and I know the merchant is the one who needs to initiate the refund. DoorDash just simply delivered it… Ugh. I just wanted my damn sweet treats. The dude who picked up wasn’t even that hospitable, and didn’t even offer me any other solutions. When I was an AGM I always offered other solutions to MAKE IT RIGHT, because that’s honestly all that matters at the end of the day, but I guess it’s McDonalds, and the reviews for the Elk River location is an absolute dumpster fire, so what did I expect…
