This is the third time I’ve gone to noodles where this specific cashier(an older lady) had no idea what I was saying. I believe she has some kind of comprehension issue. All three times I’ve ordered from her it’s been very wrong. For instance, I ordered my son a kids Mac and cheese with apple sauce, a crispy, and apple juice and she said I can only order two sides then proceeded to argue with me. When I received my order I got two apple sauces and no juice. Something similar has happened with all three times I’ve ordered from her. I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this.

Baguettes were cold and about 5 days expired, so dry and we didn't even eat them.They did not cut or toast them, not that it would have helped. I ordered extra chicken and that was missing on top of my pasta, ordered extra spinach in my 2nd dish, they put cold uncooked spinach on the side, Absolutely disappointing 😞 will not be back, would not recommend

Ok, what is going on here? Long lines and only filling online orders, overflowing garbage can, dirty tables, food all over the floor. This place was a disaster today.

Don’t walk run to this Noodles! This is probably the best one I been to in so long. The staff is so nice and helpful. They will answer any questions and help you if you don’t know what to get.

They pretty much have taken all the great salads away. Bring back the Asian also forgot the name,but it had avacodo with a spicy type dressing. Soo good.
I had a horrid experience here. I went in and placed my order to find out they are out of one of the ingredients so I was wanting a refund. It took the ‘manager’ 10 minutes to come out from the back and then they didn’t know how to process the refund so they had to call someone else. The worst was when they said ‘I believe if you swipe here you’ll get the refund’ you believe?? What do you mean you believe? Obviously horribly trained staff it’s trash. They didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience

I went to Noodles for lunch. Service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. I had the Pad Thai with added grilled chicken. The chicken was not as good as I've had in the past. They used to slice a breast crossways. Now they sliced it into flat little squares. It wasn't near as appetizing that way. I don't think I would add chicken next time.
