I had a horrid experience here. I went in and placed my order to find out they are out of one of the ingredients so I was wanting a refund. It took the ‘manager’ 10 minutes to come out from the back and then they didn’t know how to process the refund so they had to call someone else. The worst was when they said ‘I believe if you swipe here you’ll get the refund’ you believe?? What do you mean you believe? Obviously horribly trained staff it’s trash. They didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience

I went to Noodles for lunch. Service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. I had the Pad Thai with added grilled chicken. The chicken was not as good as I've had in the past. They used to slice a breast crossways. Now they sliced it into flat little squares. It wasn't near as appetizing that way. I don't think I would add chicken next time.

The Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo is one of my favorite classic noodles. My other favorites are the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad and the Chicken Noodle Soup. On one visit I got the Chicken Noodle soup for a sick friend. She loved it. Service dining in and take out are quick. I love the 100+ flavors soda machine.
Buffalo chicken mac is the go to. Hot or even reheated/cold. Taste delicious! Also, the Korean meatballs are a very good snack choice

I waited 20+ minutes for my salad, missing an appointment. Checking in twice with staff as every one after me got their food. Had to rush out. Pasta that sat for 14 minutes on counter cooling (while waiting for salad) was cold and unappetizing. Then no chicken was in my to go bag for the salad once I got to my appointment. Ugh. So was forgotten about then didn't get part of the meal I paid for. Not a good experience.
