Super disappointed. The last 3 times I’ve been there, they have messed up my order. I don’t understand how it is that sometimes they can get the order right and other times it’s like they don’t even read the order and just do whatever they want.

I am disabled and had the unlimited sip club and would come into Panera bread everyday. The young teenaged staff there were laughing at me, being combative, and extremely and openly nasty and beyond rude. Immediately called corporate and cancelled my subscription.

I used to really enjoy Panara, but in the last year, we rarely go because we are unsatisfied. They frequently run out of items. Bread...that's what they are known for. After lunch, deserts and bagels are all but gone except cookies and a few bagels. Maybe they should think of changing their hours or order/bake accordingly. The prices are high for what's on the menu shouldn't be this difficult to keep it stocked. The drink area is sticky and needs cleaning. Ordering is frustrating because of menu changes, and they are out of this or that.(unapalegeticly) Use to feel welcomed, but now not so much.

The cashier was very friendly and considerate. The salad was good until I realized there was a hair in it. That's gross. Panera, please invest in some hair nets for your kitchen staff.

They never have baguettes or kitchen sink cookies!!! In the past 5 years I have literally never got a kitchen sink cookie because they never have them or make enough. They should just take it off their menu if they're only going to make five of them in the morning. I don't like chips and like to have baguettes with my dinner and they never have those available either. This location has gone downhill just like everything has since covid. It is what it is I guess. You would think a place named Panera bread would have bread. What am I thinking? Lol

This location has been a go to for me and friends/family for a long time, however the last several orders have been very messed up. I'm very understanding and forgiving, especially if it just happens once or twice but it has been a lot. Last time ingredients were missing from a salad. This time the sides were wrong and FOUR items of ours were missed and I was given chicken wild rice instead of autumn squash...ope, I'm vegetarian otherwise would have just eaten it. I keep trying to call but someone answers then hangs it up right away. Awko taco. I just hate wasting things too (food and money) so might need to stop going here. Poop. Otherwise, staff is pretty nice. I usually get it when I am in a hurry and having a horrible day...but then to be let down with driving to get food and get home and realize it's wrong makes for a sad and crabby human. Lol. Someone's gotta double check orders please.
I paid 31 dollars for my self to eat and the portion sizes were a joke…
