With over 14 years of residency in Elk River, it's surprising that I had not visited this Panera location until today. Notably, it's extremely close to my home and possibly the closest restaurant in Elk River. My Italian Steak and Mozzarella sandwich was outstanding. My wife and daughter also enjoyed their meals, which included grilled cheese with tomato soup and Mac Cheese with Bacon. We were impressed by the excellence of all our dishes. Furthermore, the service was exceptional, characterized by immediate attention from the cashier and rapid food delivery.

Placed my order through the drive thru .. took me 15 minutes to get there.. Came thru the drive thru to pick up a mobile order to find out that it wasnât finished, wasnât even upset until they brought out ONE item of my order, which was a smoothie, then the girl told us to have a good day⊠so then I had to go in the store, And it looked like they were busy, so I waited a little bit.. Then the girl that brought out the smoothie was being snarky and rude and was like â Do you need something?â , I proceeded to tell her that I had placed in order through drive-through pick up and was never brought out my order, but was brought out one part of the order.. She then proceeds to say that there is a order of the name I told her⊠she grabbed the bag and threw it on The counter.. I was upset, but just took the bag and tried to go along with my day. As I was leaving out the door, she proceeds to talk to other team members or managers that, Quote by her â Why was she just standing there staring at me?, Like what did she need that she needed to stare at me like that?â When I wasnât even staring, I was just trying to figure out where my food was. I will never come to this place again. This is not the first time Iâve come into interaction with rude people like this. She is a short, Blonde hair, With bangs in the front of her hair, If I were this management, I would fire her immediately. This is not good Impression for business. especially one thatâs supposed to be helping the communityâŠ
