We ordered 1 large pizza for take out with a 7:30pm pick up time. At 6:42pm we get a text that is ready. Called the store and was told they'd remake it and it will be hot and fresh at 7:30pm. It was definitely not remade. It was the worst papa johns pizza I've ever had. I'd give 0 stars if I could. What a waste of $21.

Call to order a pizza in Elk river Minnesota and get transferred to a call center with someone who doesn't speak English? To order pizza? Really? I was told 9-19 minutes my pizza would be ready to pick up... got there 19 minutes later and it hadn't been started... i drove to pick up this pizza because i live in an area that doesnt get delivered to because of distance. I walk in and wait for 15 minutes and then was told it would be ready in 4 minutes. Walk back out to my car to wait, come back in after 5 minutes and then waited for another 10 minutes to then be told they dropped my pizza on the floor and we're making another one.... I walked out and left after dealing with this for 45 minutes. What an absolute joke. They were super short handed, there was zero communication and 5 door dashers there to pick up for people... I won't be back. This was absolutely ridiculous to me... screwed up my kids bed times, dinner times, and as any parent knows it just ended up being a big hassle with 2 little ones. Go elsewhere...

It had been a while since I last came to this Papa John’s location, but I decided to give them another try recently when I heard they were under new ownership. My experience was far better than the last time I visited. The pizza was fantastic! The staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, which really enhanced the overall dining experience.
If you haven’t been to this Papa John’s in a while, it’s definitely worth a visit. The new owners have revitalized the store, and it’s now a great place for both takeout and dining in.
They say you get what you pay for but the pizza was alright. the boneless wings disgusting and then on top of that they charge you a $6 delivery fee, that the deliver driver doesn't even get, so you have to tip on top of that.... Why are you charging this fee on delivery orders....even thought the corporateCompany doesn't lose a dollar for deliverys It's the driver that does, and we have to tip them as well. What are you doing with the $6? It's so weird, weird behavior.
