After ordering and baking our favorite Cowboy pizza at home, noticed an immediate change in the sausage meat, and the pizza was not good. Called the Elk River location and was told they no longer have "Italian" sausage. For the price you pay, wish we would have been forewarned. Again, the pizza tasted bad. We will no longer be returning.
FOLLOW UP
After being contacted here on the review page by Papa's and providing them with my contact info they wanted they never followed up on getting back to me. Scaled back my review to 1 star all around. Sad, been doing Papa's for close to 30 years. Probably no more.
Very disappointed, first they forgot the green olives I ordered. I caught that one. Once I got home noticed there was no Italian sausage. What's a cowboy without the sausage. It wasn't busy, I was the only one in the store. Maybe there's a reason for that.

I called the store about a delivery, that is available at this location thru third party and I was told that papa murphy's does not do delivery. I ask then why was it that I could order for delivery on the app they said that was not possible.

Walked in and the 2 kids were watching TikTok. Didn’t get off there phone till I made it clear I was ready to order. Got the awesome eye roll when I clicked no tip I keep cash for that. Just not polite. I had to ask 3 times for a receipt. Will not be back
