Worst food I've had in a long time. First time I've ordered and won't do it again. They screwed up one of the pizzas (missing the toppings), tasted like cardboard with very little sauce and cheese, Italian sandwich contained very little meat and the Stromboli meat tasted funny like it was spoiled.

Great priced pizza buffet. I would prefer if they would do more of their great special pizzas on it by default, rather than the standard you can get anywhere. Don't really need 3 pizzas with some variety of pepperoni out at once, amd the other 3 some variety of sausage. Would love to see squatch, pickle, or the chessburger pizza out frequently.

There was really no atmosphere except what our waitress provided. I had the overpriced meatball sandwich...opted for a side salad that was really good.
The meatball sandwich was named properly...it ceetainly was not meatballs...the cook with great precision cut a single meatball to stretch the entire sandwich...I bet he/she wouldnt make their own sandwich that way. The Lasagna was another story...big portion and only ate about a 4th of it because it was not good. The garlic cheese toast was sad. Don't think I will run back anytime soon...a far cry from the amazing one in Duluth circa 1969. They lost a lot over the years.

All was good but music on floor was normal, kitchen had very loud music that overpowered the music and conversation on the floor that just created a loud mixed noise making conversation and music hard to hear.

I ordered a 5 cheese Bianco and it was one of the worst pizza's I have had in a long time. It was burnt , pieces were missing and so little crust it was like I was eating only cheese and nothing else. Super underwhelming in every way considering I was just hyping it up .

Our first visit to Sammy's in person (Elk River) after having their pizza to-go in Grand Rapids and being SUPER impressed with their GF/Cauliflower crust. It was kinda busy around dinner time on a Saturday night, and while the pizza was excellent - once we got it - the wait was suuuuper long. The waitress did mention that it was taking a really long time for our order for some reason...and we continued to wait. She was attentive, but it was frustrating. We ordered three individual pizzas (one GF), one beer, and two sodas and it was almost $25/person. It was a lot more than I expected for three people to eat pizza. We might be back for take out to try again. (*I definitely recommend the GF/cauliflower crust - you'd NEVER know it's not regular crust!*)
