I ordered LG cherry lime aid no lime or cherry also ordered dbl quarter pound cheese burger one of the Patty's where folded in half with the other patty half on the bun . This isn't the first oder made half ass but it's the last time I'm going to the Sonic in Elk River Minnesota bad service I'll keep my money and go to McDonald's.

Ordered a corn dog and it was very cold in the middle so we went back and they were very nice and replaced it with a different order of some fried dill pickles plus give us another corn dog except we did not realize the mistake until we got home.

We have had great experiences lately at sonic. It’s our new fav place to grab a quick meal. Everything is hot and fresh and that seems rare every where else! Way to go!!

Guy taking my order was absolutely miserable. Pulled up and waited at the window for 5 minutes and nobody took payment, told me it was gonna be a while, nothing, so I took off.

Food was good though it took a long time to get even though I ordered a drink and pickle fries. When I paid the lady took the card and turned to the right and I thought she swiped it there and then when she was handing it to me, she swiped it on the left as she was handing it to me so I canceled my card just incase

I've been to this Sonic lots of times. Today I went in around 11:40am and the service made it so that I may not be back. I'm a very patient person, but I have no time for disrespectful people. I waited a total of 15 mins. I waited to the drive through for 5 mins without acknowledgement. Then I went and waited in a stall for the next 10 mins again without acknowledgement. When a worker came out I simply asked if the drive through was open. She got mad at my question and proceeded to tell me in a very rude and condescending manner that there were only two people working herself included with. An that she had a whole lot of people that she needed to serve.. I understand being frustrated because of being short staffed but that isn't my problem, nor is it my fault. If she can't handle the job or isn't a people person she shouldn't be doing it.

I like that they switch up the menu a bit. I'm not a hot dog fan, but they do really have more. It's pretty good for fast food. Nice speedy. Endlis slushy combos my daughter loves.
2:20 pm January 3rd. Asked for the number 1 with a large fries waited in line for 20 minutes.As I pulled out to leave I checked my bag. Got the completely wrong order they gave me some nasty pickle fries and a disgusting hot dog. And of course the line was long and you can go in to the restaurant. Never eating sonic again
