Waited 30 mins in the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. The way it's set up, once your in the line, there's no way out. You're doomed.

Decided I would get Starbucks before going shopping. It’s 7am and no line. When I get to the drive thru, the employee named Kelly, she wears glasses, very rude in the drive thru as I’m ordering. Has an attitude to her tone. Not a way for anyone to start their morning. Save your time to go to the Otsego Starbucks that is 5 minutes away, staff is lovely over there!

We were in line for 20 minutes with a online mobile order with three drinks and 2 “treats” one drink came out with the two “treats” within 4 minutes or so, watched one of our drinks with a drive through tag on it get put on the in person table still took 10 minutes for our third drink

This staff is AMAZING!!!!!!! We were visiting from out of town for a hockey tournament! We did a pickup order. Ended up placing it at the wrong location 18 minutes away. These girls/ladies were so kind and helpful! Not only did they fulfill our order. They did it with a smile. They were so kind, pleasant, helpful, and understanding!!!!!! They were super busy huge Sunday rush (November 9th 12:45) and they still accommodated us so graciously!!!! What a great crew!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!! Keep up the great work. Thanks for going above and beyond! ♥️

Went in with my son to get a birthday treat when we were standing at the register one of, 3 or 4 of the birestas in the store at the time said they were only taking online and drive through orders. For a company that has always prided them self on customer service and the friendly barista that knows your name and your order. This experience did not live up to that. Im not sure why they would not have been able to take our order at the register if they could still ring up the drive through. Hopefully this does not become a standard practice. I did try to leave a discrete message to that only that store could read, But I could not find a way to reach out to them directly. I love starbucks and hope I never have to go in and play menu simulator like taco bell has done. It is a cold experience.

I order coffee with Honey not sugar. But not getting that. The reason was miscommunication and not giving attention.
This is ultimately my favorite starbucks! The batristas are always so friendly and always make my drink like how I want it !!!

We ordered to go but super clean store and fun seating options near the back as well . Friendly staff. Coffee shops are always a little noisy as they make frozen drinks etc but the back seating area would allow for easier conversation

the cream on the counter was expired at 145 and it’s 630 pm. and iced coffee was dumped out already
Drinks took a little longer than expected when the drive thru and walk up wasn't very busy. The floor was absolutely disgusting. My shoes were sticking to the floor and there was food and drinks spilled everywhere. Very unpleasant experience.

There is absolutely no consistency in this store. Every Saturday is a complete disaster. Shut down your mobile ordering if it is such an issue.

7 people in there and no cars in the driveway when ordered inside but then happily serviced the 5 cars that came after my order and then made my drink. Do better
