In store and online are closed due to staffing issues, so drive thru only but super understandable. Staff was really nice. Cafe is still open to sit in though. But uh…. this dude had his bare feet pressed against the glass and was staring at people going thru the drive through
I prefer other Starbuck locations, but I'll stop here if I have no other choice. I feel like the drinks are never as good as drinks from other locations. They are usually less flavorful. Also, the parking lot is terrible to navigate once you're too far into the line. There's no way to escape if you decide the line is taking too long.
Everyone here at the Elk River location are beyond amazing!! They are not only fantastic at what they do, they are so personable and make you feel seen, important and special! This location has lately been short staffed and they have had to hustle so hard above the normal crazy hustle and it breaks my heart that people have the audacity to be rude to them, impatient and unkind. Going to Starbucks is a LUXURY that is denied to many and they are SERVING us for our pleasure of enjoying...
