Always my favorite taco bell. Despite being pretty busy tonight when I came through drivethru and had to be that person who had 2 mobile orders, they made everything correct and got it out as quickly as they could, tonight's crew was genuinely amazing and I appreciate all of you!

Ordered through the app and was in and out of there within 3 minutes. Food was good, order was correct. Best part was our interaction with Sharome (sp?). He was nice, thoughtful, and put a smile on mine and my kids face in those couple minutes.

Absolutely trash. Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes. Got yelled at by the line behind us. ALL FOR MY ORDER TO BE WRONG. Thanks a lot for that. Hope someone else at least gets to enjoy the burrito I never got and the supreme taco I never got.

Please learn to rinse the pans of the sanitizer before prepping the food product. No one likes the taste of sanitizer in the food. I used be a certified in food safety when I worked for YUM. Do better!!
Edit: and they didnt do better. They just know how to get smart with customers. How about listen to what the customer when they are ordering, not only did you not hear me properly you wanted to argue with me. While the manager or owner, who ever in street clothes was in the back making an order giving me the look of doom. I was certified in food safety for over 15 years, this is not the way to do things. the costumer is always right unless there is violence being threatened toward any persons. I can not stress enough how unprofessional taco bell and the big golden arches have become.

Online says they are open until 3 AM on Fridays. I had ordered food online and was there before 2 AM. They told me they closed the kitchen and that the charge would go back on my card. I didn't get any notification that they couldn't make it until after I got there. Why does it say they are open until 3 AM if they arent'?

It's been yrs seens I have eating at taco bell food was OK had to add jalapeños to nachos who makes you ask for jalapeños on nachos I thought that was automatic I guess not. Service was good. Clean store

Was there a week ago and they messed up our order. Called and talked to Alex and he said he would write us down for a couple of free Cantina burritos. Went there tonight and they honored what we were told. As for the gentlemen at the drive thru window, what an attitude. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Customer service is not for you!
