Overpriced garbage food. Do yourself a favor and buy marinated chicken from your local meat market for $7. I only came here out of necessity

Ok so to start, the chicken quesadilla was DRIPPING with an absurd amount of grease. 2 sour cream containers were filled half way. All the tables were dirty, seating sucks with no booths around even after “renovation”. Only way to order food is a kiosk, and if you go to the counter, expect to wait 7-10 minutes before being asked what you need. We also added sauce packets on our order (on the kiosk) and none was in the bag. The bathroom had 2 little brown marks on the bottom of the toilet seat, with no urinal.

I do NOT recommend eating here, unless you want long waits and overly greasy Taco Bell food.

Sat in the drive thru line for 25 mins got second car from the window to see the workers sitting there talking to the people inside at the counter for 10 more mins and then we finally get up pay for our food and leave and 2 of my items were made wrong and food was piss cold like it was sitting in a fridge there for overall horrible experience and this is now the 3rd time in a row I’ve gone there and had such a experience. Find better staff and stop giving people food that shouldn’t even be ate.

Careful placing app orders. Elk River taco bell makes your order immediately so it will be cold upon arrival. Even if you place it through drive-thru. My last 3 orders have been ice cold.

Update January 21 : numerous missed items over last few orders. Items made incorrectly also. So many issues that taco bell customer service won't even make it right anymore.

Got 20 dollars taken because the machine doesn't take 20s from 1985 so they thought it was counterfit. Took my money and got no food. I can now say I got robbed at a drive through 😂😂

I ordered two orders one vehicle and the we check if we had everything. So I went back through the drive through and asked for mild sauce and a fork and they refused to and wouldn’t open up the window! Terrible workers and customer service!!!!

Cinnamon sugar must be getting expensive. Cinnamon twist was mainly all twist without the cinnamon sugar. For the price that we pay for the food it’s would be nice if we got what we paid for.

I came thru drive today 11/17 around 10:45-11 . The young lady who took my order was so polite and sweet but the food.. the food was wrong and just garbage . Looking at my receipt , the order taker had it correct so whoever was making food needs to get out of the kitchen . Just ridiculous i spent money on something that i threw away and when i tried calling..nobody answered. Giving you 2 stars only because you have a really polite order taker.
