Been here multiple times. Service level is all over the board. Definitely could use some help with teamwork, leadership, and consistency. Some days are great other days orders are so far wrong that it is a waste of money.

We ordered 2 quesadias there was 1truck ahead of us The cashier that was taking our order told us that it would be a minute wait before she could get to us which is fine so instead of telling us that the truck ahead of us had a huge order we waited 20 minutes just to pay for our food so I thought the customer service could have been a lot better

Atmosphere had cute decor BUT staff yelling at eachother. Service was not a 5 star type service but was overall okay. The food needed more effort. No love put into it. Obviously minimum wage teenagers.

Let's just say I've visited Taco John's too many times. It's just to good, I love the 6 pack and a pound which is a great option if you've come to dine in with a companion. I love to add a few potato olays to my soft shell tacos and pour on the delicious soft cheese. Such a great taste with every bite. If you're new to the area it's a must try!

Always my go to Taco Johns! Been to many others over the states. Non compare to the crunchy golden goodness of this one in Elk River. Never disappointed here. Just stopped in on 12/5/24 late evening. Crew was hustling and apologetic for trying to get all orders out. My potatoe Ole's was super crunchy as asked for and that's what keeps me coming back! Plus they are my drug of choice with sauce 😍 Appreciate you guys tonight!

Last 3 times here have been horrible. The order is never correct and this time our large potatoes were all one big ball. They were all mushed and stuck together. This place has really went down hill fast..

Didn't get what I ordered, they double charged me for cheese sauce, I didn't get it and called to ask about it and the exact person who handed my meal to me told me over the phone what do you want me to do about it. I told her I'm 9 miles down the road and got bring your recipe in
They expect you to order using their kiosk which I’m not a fan. I guess you can’t order in person unless in the drive up line. While waiting at the counter the staff displayed a miraculous ability to ignore you standing at counter. We finally gave up and went elsewhere. As we left we noticed only one car in drive up line. Very sad because over the last several year this was one of our favorite TJ’s to go to.

This taco John’s was terrible. Their portion sizes for a burrito was more like a thumb sized taco with nothing in it but cheese even though I ordered the crunchy burrito. Don’t recommend if you’re hungry. The potatoe oley was the best part of the trip

Food was delicious, but the parking lot was a little difficult to get in and out of, and (having never been there before) I feel there could have maybe been one more sign to help confirm I was going the right way and not just driving around the back alley of the building. Lol.
