I stopped at Taco John’s recently and had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to a worker named Dean. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and positive attitude that immediately stood out. He was patient while I decided on my order, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted.

The owner of the store Eric refuses to fix anything therefore the place is falling apart but he takes no action. The new GM Maureen is also an ornery old lady that fired or pushed out the best workers so it's all new people that don't know what they're doing so I would not recommend this location, go somewhere else.

Got 2 fiesta steak taco meals,probably 2 small pieces of steak on each taco and the meals were 25 dollars.Lots to pay for very little.

Been here multiple times. Service level is all over the board. Definitely could use some help with teamwork, leadership, and consistency. Some days are great other days orders are so far wrong that it is a waste of money.

We ordered 2 quesadias there was 1truck ahead of us The cashier that was taking our order told us that it would be a minute wait before she could get to us which is fine so instead of telling us that the truck ahead of us had a huge order we waited 20 minutes just to pay for our food so I thought the customer service could have been a lot better
