I guess they close at 9:45 instead of 10. The employee said everything is closed and they were cleaning and not taking orders but online says you’re open till 10?

A complete disappointment. Staff here could care less about customers, and wait times are about 15-20 minutes. Doesn’t seem like they can handle any amount of customers.
I can survive bad service for Taco John’s, because their food is always so good. Nope, not at this store. Potatoes were good, but all our burritos were ice cold and nearly all of them were made incorrectly. Even after we had them remake part of our order they still managed to make mistakes.
Clearly there are some quality control and training issues at this location. I would suggest the owners spend more time investing in their people and the business.
Will certainly not return.

Not only did I wait in line for almost 20 mins for two cars only that got one bag of food each. Then they decided to only fill my one burrito half way and the grilled chicken burrito is half the size as normal and ive had hundreds thru Taco John's. Not to mention last year I made an order after a 12 hour car ride from door dash and you guys forgot 30$ worth of my families food and refused to call or email back after dozens of trys after they found out they made a mistake. What a damn shame. Use to be the best food around and now taco bell is a better option and half the price for more damn food!

Taco John's is by far my favorite fast food taco shop only complaint like everywhere else the prices are getting absolutely ridiculous 20 bucks for a 6 pack and a pound is insane. Ill make um at home from now on.

I stopped at Taco John’s recently and had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to a worker named Dean. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a genuine smile and positive attitude that immediately stood out. He was patient while I decided on my order, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted.
