On Friday April 5th, I went to pick up dinner on my way home from work. Picking it up inside was a big mistake (not that the drive through would have been better, honestly) 1. Two employees walked right past me without greeting me or asking what brought me in 2. The lights were off in the dining room so it looked like they were closed 3. I had to go around to the side of the counter to let someone know I was there to pick up my food, and instead of an apology a young gentleman replied “we’re really busy.” I was so disgusted by the lack of customer care I almost left without part of my order. Also, the food wasn’t really that great and I ended up feeling sick afterwards. Don’t bother wasting your time here!!

Inappropriate conversations from employees in the kitchen talking about drugs etc. Last three times have been given the wrong food and told my the clearly high manager that it is my fault my order was wrong. Used to love this place but last few years has become a dump.

Ordered online and had it delivered which cost me 10$ alone. Got here and was missing an entire combo meal, pop and 4 nach and cheeses. 20$ plus in food some how wentun noticed. That's pure lack of effort and laziness on the employees end. Sad because this use to be my favorite place to eat but it's happened to many times..

I was here 2x now in 2 days. The 1st time I was here it was 10:45pm. I know it was close to closing but they still had 15 mins too go and Really there still open! I sat there in drive thru waiting for someone to take my order for a good 10 mins. NO ONE came they ghosted me. Im sure they were hoping and praying I would just go away?! I did and boy was I hungry too! Then the next night stupid me I try to order again but this time it was 9.30pm I thought I should be OK getting food its still an hr and a half till closing.....Nope! I sat there this time ONLY for 5 mins! What a joke! The Only reason I went there is because they have a taco salad and I was Starving!!! Why be open if your Not going to serve Anyone??!!!

We had gift cards this taco John's gave us for messing up previous orders. Once ordered we checked our bags and this order was messed up as well. Food was cold and smashed.
After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through, I thought this was going to be some of the best, and freshest, Taco John’s ever. This was more like the worst!They forgot to give us one of the drinks. All of the food (burrito and tacos) were COLD. The street tacos came with the smallest chunk of lime I’ve ever seen; it definitely was not a lime wedge. I asked for extra seasoning on the Potato Oles, but it seems like they missed it. This really is one of the worst and most expensive fast food meals we’ve had in quite some time.

Very kind people tonight in the kitchen. I believe they were the only two in there on a dinner rush for this Saturday night right next to Home Depot and Walmart. We were well updated on our order and very much taken care of. I hope they get the staff they need and people continue to be kind.
