Im a firm believer in second chances and thirds sometimes but here I have yet another incorrect order. Wings taste fine. Kinda hard to screw that up but my last 3 delivery orders... ordered all flats and paid the extra 2 or so dollars for that, got mostly drums, again. One of the times I got 2 large tubs of ranch instead of one and most people wouldnt complain but I got to pay the bill. With delivery its almost 40 dollars for 15 incorrect wings and ranch. Okay. Going back to the tome before the delivers I called to pick me order up. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on, called again and waited for several minutes for some kid to answer the phone and that was a trial only ro come home with the wrong order. Id call a manager but id probably get some 18 yesr old kid who has zero idea of how to be a manager. Wingstop elk river, my guess is soon enough people will drive the extra 10 or so minutes to the rogers store.

During my initial visit, the menu's presentation presented a challenge, as it primarily featured complete meal options, limiting the ability to customize wing orders with different size selections. The garlic parmesan wings were particularly well-received, delivering a desirable crispy texture. Conversely, the sweet chili glaze wings exhibited a milder flavor profile than anticipated, with a greater emphasis on sweetness rather than the desired level of heat. The order fulfillment time was extended, although it is uncertain if this is typical, considering I was the sole customer in the establishment, with only one additional customer arriving for a pickup. I anticipate revisiting the establishment in the future.

Earlier in the day I came to pick my food up and until I got home I realized they forgot to give me my combo chicken sandwich (which isn’t their fault as they were in a dinner rush) I called and Robert picked up the phone apologized and said he would remake it for when ever I came back. I came back with my girlfriend and he gave me and my girlfriend a chicken sandwich free of charge as well as a medium drink for both her and I. Robert made this experience very well and handled it amazing very nice and extremely kind and very friendly making customers in store laugh and he definitely made it feel super welcoming.
Son wanted to try the wings. They have a sign on register. Flavor pack $23.99 , 4 flavors , 6 tenders. He asked what 2 flavors for the classic, We picked Atomic & lemon pepper. Flavor for tenders. We picked Hawaiian. With 1 drink, it came to $41 something. Not listed price, oh okay. I didn't argue, not great english, so oh well. Food came. Classic were Atomic, lemon. 4 tenders, two Atomic 2 lemon. Took long enough to get, where again, oh well. We won't be back. Wings were mid at best. Overpaid , shorted food, and didn't get what we ordered.

The elk river location is the best! The people here know how to make some good wings, always fresh and such a positive good vibe from the staff. We live in rogers but come out to the elk river location because they nail it every time!

Every time we’ve been to Wingstop in Elk River, the service and food have been amazing! I always make sure to plan ahead and order ahead of time. I usually order on my way home from work, and every time we’ve done that, the food has been ready when promised and our order has never been wrong. We’ll definitely keep going there because the whole family loves it!

Food is inconsistent each time we’ve ordered. One time the chicken will be over cooked and fries are good, the next time we order the fries will be over cooked and the chicken is good. Wait time for food is also long even when it’s ordered ahead of time online and lobby is dead.
Was giving them time being a new business, and we’ve only ordered a handful of times so thought we just caught them on a bad day from time to time, but at this point it’s not due to being a new business.
