Everything we ordered was room temp except the ham and cheese the chicken sandwich tasted old and stale and the fries were soggy and smashed in the container. Tables were filthy even tho the store was completely empty besides us

I took my mom for breakfast on Mother's Day. The restaurant wasn't busy. I ordered from my app to take advantage of a special. I ordered my mom the B/E/C biscuit with hash rounds and orange juice. I had the biscuit and gravy (2 orders), 2 blueberry biscuits and sweet tea. The order was taking longer than normal so I went to the counter to ask about it and was told it was being made. I requested my second order of biscuit and gravy to be prepared to go. After 15 minutes, I went up to the counter and said I have been waiting far too long for fast food since there was only one other couple who came in after us. This was insane waiting this long for a simple order. The order finally came out. The hash rounds were cold and the biscuit on my mom's sandwich was falling apart. I never got my sweet tea, and I went back up to find out where it was and was told they were making it. Are you kidding?? Tea should be made first thing in the morning for customers to order. At this point, I was irritated and told them to forget and I would get a soda. Interior of restaurant had dirty ceiling vents and Christmas decor still up. Got home only to find my biscuit and gravy that was to be packaged to go wasn't and my meal was soggy to eat later. Ugh!! This restaurant needs some help in executing with no excuses from staff as to why something wasn't ready.

When we were waiting for flood we saw the lady drop the food in back and wrap it and the cashier clearly didn't agree and hesitated but when we called it out the lady who dropped it got mad that we didn't want floor food
