Today I was at a McDonald's in a different state and it was the absolute worst I've ever had! My buns on my big Mac were stale, they made my coffee wrong two times, the fries were cold. The only thing that was good were the chicken nuggets! I spent a lot of money to be very disappointed, they were busy due to Sturgis bike week but that is no reason to have less quality!
The lady at the counter was really nice tho!

I usually don’t have bad service here but dang these last few times I’ve been pulled up for about ten minutes each time I’ve had to call and remind them I’m out here and boom each time suddenly like that my order is ready when I call, what I think they’re doing he grouping the orders together even tho it’s a one minute walk from the door I can’t get my food before the guy behind me who showed up 6 minutes after me like what ? I wasted enough money at this place anyway I needed a reason to stop going Edit: To top it all off the receipt says the phone was complete at 830, I called at 840 got my food at 43. When I called they told me it was ready and that they were waiting on my chicken in the wraps. Yet when I got them my wraps they were lukewarm at best, second one was cold by the time I ate my first one. Fries were soggy and hardly warm again. At least the Big Mac was made right…

Nice and friendly staff, no complaints there! But the dining area has nowhere to refill your own drink or get a little ketchup. Really kills the dine in experience, especially when it's busy and you can't get a refill from the staff easily

Got our order wrong but fixed it quick. Food was brought to us and staff was kind. Inside is redone offering interactive tables and games for kids. Had great music and news playing our favorite songs and channel. 10/10 experience.

McDonalds just kinda sucks anyway most of my experiences at this particular McDonald's have not been good although my last visit was surprisingly pleasant so i gave it 3 stars. any other day I'd give it 1.5 stars.
Got a big Mac and a deluxe mccrispy. Terrible sandwiches. The big Mac was so sloppy, my husband wore most of it on his clothes. The deluxe mccrispy was dry. The chicken patty was burnt, more lettuce on it than chicken, and mayo. Both buns tasted old, we ordered at 5:50 pm. Nothing was fresh. Both the burger pattie and the chicken pattie tasted old, definitely not fresh.

They always seem to get on thing missing like egg or forget to hold something. I wouldn't post this but when they mention mailing you some form of a coupon, it didn't show up. Three separate times and nothing showed up in the mailbox. Why bother with this place, go somewhere else.
