We were here the night of February 23, 2026. Went inside and ordered food. After waiting for forty minutes and not receiving food I went back up to check at the counter. Staff had no idea where our order was and said they would figure it out. Waited another 21 minutes and finally received our food minus the McFlurry that my daughter ordered. During this whole ordeal there were staff members on their phones and the lead/manager could be heard cussing at people. Worst McDonald’s experience we have ever had!

Me and my family have been here a couple time. Each time we hope it's going to be better but its worst then the last. My experience inside the place was terrible slow service when there was only 3 people there. And the place was very dirty milk spilled every and it was dried so with obviously had been there for a while and then there was a random lid on the floor just being kicked around , and nobody thought to pick it up. Let them know but it was teens working and they didn't seem to care then we went back they put stuff i TOLD them i was allergic on my burger they made a new one but then messed that one up to. My mcdelievery experience was TERRIBLE they forgot two large fries and 3 drinks. We called McDonald's they said that they aren't the one that handle the food. I WILL JUST DRIVE THE 15ISH MINUTES TO BLUE EARTH

I went through the drive thru on a snowy day and ordered 2 10-piece McNuggets and a couple other items. I asked them to double check my order and they said they did. Got home and trudged through snow and once inside, I discovered they forgot a 10-piece McNugget. I called and Angie said “oh I’m sorry can you come back?” Her tone said she didn’t really care. No, not going back. Ever.

Employees were carrying on very inappropriate conversations while making food. Never greeted entire time there. When brought food out I had to ask for bag, when food was ordered to go, then got upset when I asked them to put it in the bag. I felt like my being there was imposition and problem for the Employees. I do not know what kind of business this is, but it is apparent to me, one that Employees don't care and making money is not important. Absolutely worst experience ever!!!!!!

This wonderful place was beyond ANY McDonalds I have ever experienced. It was a blast from the past in work ethics, cleanliness, table service, media, customer care and appreciation. I was awestruck by the honorable treatment of we the customers. There were dedicated patrons as well. They had educational media for the use of customers children . This replaced the jungle gyms that don't let the parents relax their vigil.
Always making people pull out front to lower your drive thru times, it's a lie, your drive thru times are still way too long.

It took 30 minutes for cold dry hamburgers i ordered a large smoothie they gave me it half empty and when i looked at it weird i got a nasty look from the server other customers who ordered more than we did after us got theirs way before us
