Ranch was busy, we got seated right away, took the waitress awhile to come take our order. Finally ordered. We came in at 1130am and didn't get out of the restaurant until after 1pm do to our waitress Sonja F. She never once came and checked on us to see if we needed anything else. It took her 20 minutes to bring a to go box and then forgot the slips went back to do slips and at this time it was 1245pm. So we got up to check out and the line was all the way into the diningroom where we ate. Once up to the register we were asked how the food was and we told them it wasn't the best. We told the staff that we still haven't gotten our slips yet and they asked the server we had and she said that she got locked out and can't get backed in to do 2 separate slips. Our server brought over the slip and said we had to pay the total cause she can't figure out the 2 totals and she isn't good at math. In the meantime there are 6 people in line waiting to check out! So my friend and I figured out the bill and paid and left. My friend had to turn around and go back out to the Ranch cause the server we had charged the whole bill to her account and was told she will have to call tomorrow to get it figured out! Such poor service and server was horrible!

The bacon was cooked unevenly.. the hashbrowns have gotten to be tiny slivers which was not crispy as I asked for. And the eggs were not runny like I asked for. And couldn't tell if the toast was buttered. It used to be a lot better

I am sure there are a lot of items in the menu that were even better than what I got. All you can eat chicken. Needed salt and bbq. Baked potatoes hot but over cooked IMO, French fries were 10 of 19, hash browns crispy but dripping butter, mash potatoes (wouldn’t recommend) tasted very instant like. bBQ sauce very yummy. Water glasses small.

In 2025 discrimination abounds at The Ranch. Some people don't wear shoes due to religious reasons and or medical issues. You are not welcome here if you choose a different mode of dress. Bean Town Grill just across the street welcomed me in with no discrimination!

We stopped in for dinner while returning from a family trip. We haven't eaten here for many years, but we are very glad we stopped in this time! There is a great salad bar with many selections and a wide variety of options on the menu. I elected to go for the broasted chicken - one of four "all-you-can-eat" meals that include the salad bar. And most importantly, the food was excellent. Our waitress also gave us good, personalized service. We will definitely be back the next time we're going through!
I enjoyed a really nice breakfast at the Ranch this past Sunday, although I was somewhat apprehensive upon arriving and seeing the overflowing parking lot and all the people standing in the entryway. That apprehension was short lived as I watched watch party get escorted quickly to their table. Our waitress showed us to our table and immediately took our drink order. The drinks were delivered in a short time and our breakfast order was taken. We LOVED our waitress. She was very personable and friendly but even more than that she helped us navigate the menu to best suit our “custom” requests. The wait for food was a little lengthier but we enjoyed a nice time chatting and people watching a bit. The restaurant was absolutely packed due to softball tournaments this weekend but the team at aThe Ranch seemed to be handling it pretty well. Our food arrived and it was all absolutely delicious. I rarely can eat a full plate of breakfast but I sure did clean my plate this time. I had hashbrowns that were cooked nicely browned and crispy in the edges. My over medium egg was also cooked perfectly. The sausage gravy was tasty but I do think it was canned which was slightly disappointing but considering all the positives it surely didn’t dim the experience.
