They have messed up on my coffee more times than I can even count it's not that hard to add cinnamon powder and then trying to call and all I get is a voicemail and no call back

3 time I have ordered a hot latte and I have either gotten the wrong beverage or today's was cold. Had there not been a line up of 10 cars behind us I would of went around again. Please educate your employees on making correct orders. They aren't cheap to keep getting wrong thing 😥

Ordered an iced pumpkin caramelicious. My drink wasn’t filled to the top and the drink itself was really dark which isn’t normal. I don’t think any milk was in it and it tasted like I was drinking pumpkin right out of the syrup bottle.

I've been to multiple Scooter's and I think it's just not the place for me. This morning my latte tasted like pure chemicals?? I shouldve immediately went back and asked them to re make it, but I'm not sure it would've been any better :( So disappointing as I'm visiting town and have no other way to make coffee.. gas station coffee was unfortunately better and 1/3 the price
