Just ordered subway melt and the guy making it did good job. But the bread tasted like it was day old bread left out over nite and was hard as heck had to take the top off and eat cause you couldn't bite thru it absolutely worst subway I have been too will never go back there again

I have been through the subway drive through at the Fairmont, MN location probably 5 times in the past year and all 5 times were awful experiences. Waited 15-20 minutes to get my food, even when I was the only person in line, it took that long. That isn't the worst part though. Every time I go, I order extra bacon and extra guac and pay extra for each, and EVERY TIME I get my food, there is no bacon or guac on it. I need to learn to just not go back there.

The bread is always hard and crumbly. If I was a Subway employee and I pulled this bread out of the oven I would know better than to serve it to the public. So either the employees are dumb or just complacent. Also ordered a pretzel and it was rock hard.

I generally do the drive thru. I've a small car so a little difficult to reach touch screen, even when bringing the menu down. However, that is the only negative otherwise a great place.
