The subway has been serving Fairmont for at least 12 years. Our family eats regularly here. We typically order online because it is quicker and more convenient. The sandwiches have been excellent. We enjoy being able to customize the way that we like it. The customer service has been good. We are always greeted when we come into the restaurant. We would recommend this restaurant and plan to come back again in the future.

I went through the drive through, ordered a turkey wrap with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, banana peppers, olives, bell peppers, purple onions, and LIGHT Baja chipotle. And for some reason I got NO tomatoes or olives, but somehow ended up with PICKLES that I did NOT ask for and my wrap in way too much sauce. First and last time getting anything here.

Hungry Man

Will not answer the phone, will not come to the window when you come to pick up orders. You have to go in to pick up your orders. The menu was all In Spanish would not switch to English never again

We walked into the restaurant and it smelled like something burning. They explained they had been very busy. Lindsay... explained. She was overworked and was training 2 young people. Explaining things to them. She would kick cutting boards and things that were on the floor. She wasn't super rude - just overworked I thought. Well... about 4 hours later - 2 of us threw up our food from that restaurant. I would say not very sanitary. I will not be returning.

The bread is god awful at the Fairmont Location!!! Has been bad for year's and the manager/owner never fix it!!
The employees are always nice though.

Just ordered subway melt and the guy making it did good job. But the bread tasted like it was day old bread left out over nite and was hard as heck had to take the top off and eat cause you couldn't bite thru it absolutely worst subway I have been too will never go back there again

I have been through the subway drive through at the Fairmont, MN location probably 5 times in the past year and all 5 times were awful experiences. Waited 15-20 minutes to get my food, even when I was the only person in line, it took that long. That isn't the worst part though. Every time I go, I order extra bacon and extra guac and pay extra for each, and EVERY TIME I get my food, there is no bacon or guac on it. I need to learn to just not go back there.
