It takes a lot for me to give a full five star review. Are a travel over 300 days a year all over the United States for work. I drive one of the most looked for work cars. And normally I'm treated differently because of the vehicle they see me get out of or if I do drive thru, they see the vehicle I'm driving everybody knows what it is so people tend to give me preferred treatment or change their attitude to better when they know. However I decided to walk over from my hotel and tried something new, the crispy chicken avocado ranch burrito and I highly recommend it, the young lady who took my order was very kind polite and patient and answered all my questions as well as the employee that was either training her or just backing up and helping. The restaurant was clean, I didn't hear any vulgar or inappropriate comments or conversations going on in the back, which I have definitely come across in many locations. Everybody seemed very professional, the food was made fresh and hot! Even when I got it back to my hotel room. I'm sure I will return again before I leave this area. Been a long time since I could give a Taco Bell five stars but this one definitely deserved it.

Horrible service. Guy in front of me called out to staff twice before I whistled and they came over to help him. You should never have all your staff in a position where they can't see or hear customers. Otherwise why have the security cameras on the dining area if you aren't even watching them.

Went to the front doors on Friday May 2nd at 11:41PM. Sign says open until midnight. Doors were locked. You've lost 20 minutes of business because whomever was working this night wanted to clean early.
