Chill has vegan ice cream options that are delicious! And yes, they have several vegan options and tasty treats that are gluten free! Cherry on top is they are a family owned Christian business! They had an encouraging Bible verse written on their chalkboard; I’ll need to go back for more encouragement and treats!

First time visitor and will definitely be back even with needing to drive 30 minutes to get here. Great ice cream and amazing customer service.

this place is amazing. amazing workers that always have a smile on there face. the workers like Carly Shelby the owner Chris Sydney Charlotte Amelia they are all very nice workers. the ice cream is amazing and i love how they change out ice creams to put new flavors in. overall i love this place

The ice cream is great, the service is not so good and the atmosphere is horrendous. I got 2 scoops of ice cream, the top one was put on the side and falling from the moment he gave it to me. I said it's falling off the cone. I was told to just push it up with my tongue rather than him putting it on top of the other scoop. Then, there were 6 kids running around non-stop behind the counter. Two of them with spoons, scooping out of the buckets using the same spoon. One of them sucking on the same spoon between sticking it back in there, like it was their own bowl of ice cream. All the while, hearing Ben( I know his name, because the kids yelled it the whole time) say, how the "new rule is, kids can't be behind the counter." I sat there watching as more kids came in, all running behind the counter as he did nothing. The kids were all screaming. It was total chaos in there. If you don't mind kids eating ice cream after who knows how many kids ate out of it, then you will be fine. I wouldn't order more than 1 scoop because it's likely to fall off the cone. and I'd suggest leaving asap. It's too bad they have such good ice cream. Sad to not go back.

Love this local spot for a special treat. The ice cream is so rich and creamy. Many flavors to choose from! I would love to see more of the old fashioned flavors like mint chip, maple nut, and chocolate almond! Those would make me get a super big cone!!
