new to the area and thought id try the local dq on a hot day and was EXTREMELY disappointed when ordered a banana split blizzard and It was ALL vanilla ice cream with the tiniest drop of chocolate syrup! .. i wish i was exaggerating not even a single strawberry or banana slice. what a joke🤡

Orders chicken sandwich give me 3 min ! Is not hot chicken cooks and hamburger bug is cold is not best , something left over not cooks ! Is terrible

Wheelchair accessibility: Their disability parking spots are blocked in the summer when they put in their picnic tables - but the parking lot is small enough that any spot is easy to get inside from.

Arrived at this dairy queen after leaving the derby early in order to make it early enough before they close ( attempting To be considerate of their time and respectful of the hours set in place) on google maps it states that DQ closes its drive through at 9pm and and their lobby is closed at 10pm. When we got in the drive-through and to the ordering box, it was about 8:54pm ( there was a line in the drive-through, and we had to wait behind some cars) we then attempted to order a chicken strip basket to share and we're informed ( with some attitude from the man at the box) that their kitchen closed at 8:45pm (which I do not see stated clearly on maps) we ended up leaving disgruntled and confused. Safe to say we will not be returning and are not happy with the Farmington DQ.

My husband got in line at 8:55pm tonight with two cars in front of him, by the time they helped it was after 9pm and they told him they would not be serving him. I understand they close at 9pm but you should still help customers that were in line before you closed. Poor customer service.

This business says that they’re open until 10 PM but I stopped by at 9:30 pm and they said their kitchen was already closed. You’re not open till 10 if you don’t serve your menu until 10. I’m not sure the owner knows if these kids are closing the store down early.
