Dry, hard, stale bread ALL the time

This evening I placed an online order around 5:15pm , I go to pick my sandwiches up and my husband and I decide to just eat there since we had time to kill before my sons baseball game started.
We walked in the store and no one even came out from the back. We grab our sandwich’s and sit down and start to eat them. And all we can hear is the employees in the back LOUDLY cussing at each other, making weird noises, and talking in weird voices. My husband and I just stared at each other is such disbelief , maybe they didn’t know we sat down and were eating so we could hear their weird inappropriate conversations. The whole situation was just weird.

Im rating this a 5 compared only to other Subway locations. The employees are friendly, they do a great job making the sandwiches . The restaurant is very clean!

Less than helpful for people ordering online. If you don't want to go to the back of the line order in store don't order online. They have a list to make the sub and they still can't get it correct.

If I could give this subway zero stars, I’d definitely would! I try to come back to this subway thinking they’ll be better but NO! Every subway I’ve ever been to will heat up my cheese on my meat (steak) in the microwave instead of toasting it. They refused to do so and told me that it ruins their silicone containers. More like they’re just lazy if you ask me. They literally just slop everything together and call it a sandwich. My boyfriend and I both got cucumbers on our sandwich’s and I got 4 on mine and he got 10 on his, both were foot-longs… Also, very poor customer service, zero stars. We walked in and walked up to the counter and got greeted with “what do you want” . Fast forward, we got finish paying and turned around to get our pops. Which was so filthy, sticky old pop everywhere! Like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week, disgusting. I went to turn around to ask a question and nobody was in sight and couldn’t get anybody’s attention. They just disappeared in the back and never came back out. We will never be coming back to this subway. It’s just shocking because they just built an apartment complex across the street, they definitely won’t be getting business from them I bet. Here’s what our sandwiches look like, I’d like to hear that the employees would be satisfied with our sandwiches and eat them themselves. Let’s see this on there commercials. They claim there “sandwich artists” more like naive artist.

Once again, disappointment set in when I unwrapped my meal. Big pieces of who knows what. The sandwich maker used 2 tortillas. The entire wrap crumbled when I picked it up. Also, 4 containers of honey mustard is a bit extreme. Better to have more than less, I guess. Waste of a meal. Please get it together Elm Street Subway!

Paid over 13$ for a roast beef sub that only had five slices of meat on it. Had i known i wouldn't have paid for it cause i ended up with a vegetarian sub basically. Never again will i go to any subway.

Anytime we try to eat here there’s always in issue. I’ve been there multiple times around 8:30 and they tell me that food is going to take 15-20 minutes because they are all cleaned up or they give an excuse on why they can’t help me.

I came around 7 and the worker “Samantha” was insanely rude to me. She kept on rushing me inspite of the fact that there was no one there. I was appalled at the way she acted, and the food was sloppily made, would not recommend coming.

Will not return! Unsafe practices! Went in for dinner tonight “during a rush” and safety/sanitary protocols were not being followed. No gloves were changed during my entire visit, the girls working were checking customers out, digging through back cabinets to restock lids/sauce cups, and when one of them knelt down to look in a cabinet she put her hand on the floor and got back up and continued making food. My husband and I paid for our sandwiches because we didn’t want to embarrass the girls working in front of a full lobby. After going back to our car and discussing it, how we didn’t feel safe eating the food, especially considering I’m 8 months pregnant, we went back in and explained what happened and how unsanitary it is, they said they wouldn’t offer us a refund but would remake the food… the same ingredients that have already been contaminated with dirty gloves. Highly disappointed and would not recommend, I am not someone who leaves reviews but I felt the need to share this poor experience.
