Kylar and Tucker are the very best here at this location . I accidentally ordered my pizza at another location and they were just about done making pizza but Tucker insisted on blessing me and going ahead and making my pizza . I was ever so grateful I decided to give them a review when I got home . I hope they see this and I hope they get recognition as some great employees that have awesome communication skills and are good with people .

Attempted to get a slice of breakfast pizza however at 6:40 am nothing was made as no one showed up. So I was going to grab a Starbucks Frappe but their coolers and shelves are barely stocked, so I left empty handed.

Usually no issues, but currently the place stinks bad. I don't think they clean at all there. A deep clean is needed along with regular cleaning. I've never even noticed anyone mopping the floors.

We have 2 Casey's, 1 on N side of city and 1 on S side Fergus Falls, MN . They're both great. We usually go to N side as it's closer to our house and it is noticeably larger with more offerings. We choose Casey's in particular for their YUMMY P.I.Z.Z.A.S.!!! They have a large variety of selections plus 'build your own'. Their crust is the best: always fluffy and a light-buttery flavor - never tough. Great tasting sauce and a good amount used so it covers most of the crust. There is NO skimping on the ingredients - large amount of everything and always cheesey.
You can order in-store or via phone or text. Our preference is order in advance as the order time is quick: 15-20 minutes to pick-up; OR, you can choose your specific time. We order 'curbside pick-up' which means an employee brings the order directly to your vehicle; this has been a HUGE plus during this year's 2020 worldwide COVID-19 pandemic.
Casey's offers a large variety of items: fresh-daily donuts, muffins, rolls, sweet treats; to-go salads, wraps, sandwiches; really good coffee; fountain drinks; dairy products, eggs, asst. pop & energy drinks; some can goods, cereal, bread, candy, chips; some household & personal care goods ... and, if your vehicle(s) need gas, Casey's has a good number of pumps!!
Kid-friendliness: lots of under age 12 children with parents/ many Jr. high, Sr. high and college students frequently this Casey's.

My experience today was incredibly disappointing. I ordered 4 breakfast items for CURBSIDE pickup. The order was nearly 20 minutes late getting out to me, and the employee I flagged down to check on it for me had a bad attitude and acted like the inconvenience was my fault. When the food finally was brought out to me, only 3 of the 4 items were included, and none in a bag. I had to go into the store, which I had ordered CURBSIDE to avoid, and I let the employees know verbally that I was pretty disappointed. This is why people in Fergus Falls go to the other Casey's or to Holiday.

my mother in law left her wallet by accident April 16th they said they had it to come in the next day when manager martin was there to get it back went in the next day the said they had no idea what we were talking about finally today we called numerous times then went in spoke to Martin who admitted it had been there but he didn't know what happened to it because cameras could not see the spot he placed it but someone took it or it was in the garbage outside maybe but there was nothing he could do for us the workers we spoke to were so rude disrespectful unprofessional and the manager was just as bad my mother in law is a loyal customer goes in a few times a week she doesn't deserve this she just wants her wallet back her property not there's

Ended up ordering pizza from this location. Went to pick up the pizza realized they gave us the wrong order. They said they would make it right and make our order they said to wait 25 mins. came back after the 25mins only to be told we need manager’s approval. Manager approves it says come back in 25 mins. Came back AGAIN pizza hasn’t been made and none of the employees are no where to be seen.After all this time we still do not have my order.Will be contacting corporate.Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen in fergus falls.
