I stopped by this little shop because there is no Starbucks and there is no Dunkin’ Donuts in this small of Fergus Falls . The coffee here is so bad. Not just this location but any Caribou I have been to.
Got into a car accident on the interstate and waited inside the caribou for a few hours waiting for a ride… they were extremely warm and welcoming couldn’t thank them enough for how nice they were

I stopped inside the Caribou at 1:12 on February 24th 20 25. I was the only customer inside or outside. I ordered a turkey provolone bagel sandwich. The male worker turned to the female worker and asked if they had the stuff to make it to which she replied" I don't know." Being I couldn't find a clean table to sit at in the empty restaurant, I stood at the pickup counter and asked the male worker to cut the sandwich in half and wrap it for takeout. As I was standing at the counter, I noticed how dirty the restaurant is. There were crumbs on the rug. The pickup counter had many glass ring marks on it and was very sticky as were some tables. The carpet was dirty and the floor behind the counter from where I could see had dirt and chunks of unknown things under the them. As I unwrapped my sandwich in the car the paper it was wrapped in was wet from I don't know what. The bottom of the bagel hung like a wet dish rag. I threw away most of it and will never return there again. That place needs a deep cleaning and the staff needs to be instructed on cleaning when they are not busy.
