Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the opposite of fast food. I enjoy the options and everything I get, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes for some ice cream and a burger. The young ladies that work here are wonderful but the people working around lunchtime and those young boys are just plain rude.

Blizzards were not mixed at all! Fries in the baskets were all less than 1” long and hard to grab! Probably the worst blizzards I’ve had throughout the US!

It was okay. I've only ever visited the drive thru prior to today. There were employees who seemed to be more worried about visiting with their friends than working. One lady seemed to be doing most of the work, who was, I'm assuming, the manager. There were a few teenagers in the food prep area in street clothes, idk if they worked there or not but one kept twirling and swinging her hair a foot away from where the hot food is kept prior to serving. Tables were very dirty and the dining area was in desperate need of a good deep clean and some minor repairs. Overall, the food was fine. Service was okay. Idk that I'll be back after today though.

The place was dirty nasty lobby took a long time to get My order I've had problems the last three times I have ordered there. To product being so old it's not even edible To being given cold frys Or get home and find out I didn't even get what I Ordered and paid for

I felt bad for the 3 or 4 teenage girls who were the only staff at dinner time at the start of a holiday weekend. Owners must be jerks

Food was not as good as other DQ restaurants. However, the manager noticed that our onion rings were burnt and brought us some fresh ones. The restaurant was dirty everywhere you could see, so we probably won't be back.

Husband and I ordered banana splits with strawberry, hot fudge, & marshmallow toppings. Took forever just to place order because order was not for “usual” toppings. Got splits with pineapple, chocolate, and strawberries…No Marshmallow. I guess 1 out of 3 toppings correct is worth 1 star.
Not going back.

I clicked "DO NOT RECCOMEND BTW." Smashed burger, large fries 2/3 full, cheese curds about 2/3 full. I guess whatever size your order you'll actually net the next size smaller. Onion rings would've been ok but all the sides (fries , cheese curds and onion rings) were cold and limp. No condiments of any matter or receipt. The best 24 bucks I spent today (insert sarcasm and cuss words here). Ironic that the onion ring box says "Ketchup's preferred mode of transportation!" lmao Next time I'll transport myself to another restaurant. We're all done (friends and family) with the fast food crap shoot gamble!! Especially at the prices today!!

I always get my small cone fix there when I can.

There is no way the turtle pecan blizzard I ordered could have been turned upside down upon handing it to me., as it was so runny as they handed to me. I had to drink some of the melted liquid on top before stirring it up. So much for the upside down commercial you see on TV. And this is not a one off, every time I have got one at this location it is the same.
