I clicked "DO NOT RECCOMEND BTW." Smashed burger, large fries 2/3 full, cheese curds about 2/3 full. I guess whatever size your order you'll actually net the next size smaller. Onion rings would've been ok but all the sides (fries , cheese curds and onion rings) were cold and limp. No condiments of any matter or receipt. The best 24 bucks I spent today (insert sarcasm and cuss words here). Ironic that the onion ring box says "Ketchup's preferred mode of transportation!" lmao Next time I'll transport myself to another restaurant. We're all done (friends and family) with the fast food crap shoot gamble!! Especially at the prices today!!

There is no way the turtle pecan blizzard I ordered could have been turned upside down upon handing it to me., as it was so runny as they handed to me. I had to drink some of the melted liquid on top before stirring it up. So much for the upside down commercial you see on TV. And this is not a one off, every time I have got one at this location it is the same.

At this point if i could give zero stars I would, the staff is incompetent, they do not listen to your order or pay attention, and this location is a allergy risk, we asked for specific blizzards with add ons and got a similar blizzard on the menu that has an ingredient that the receiver was allergic to, thanks for wasting a $$$ epi pen because you can't do your job properly, they constantly forget food, can't seem to count chicken tenders, and they forget sides and sauces that they charge you for. This location needs to be reported to a corporate office and it's staff needs to be retrained.

It's never a good thing to roll your eyes at any customer, especially a senior citizen who may be taking a few moments longer to order and or pay

Our food was hot, blizzard was decent. The problem lies in the kitchen, it looked like someone had taken a full trash bag and dumped it on the floor. Hard to want food when the visible part of the kitchen looks like the inside of a dumpster.

We brought of team of 25 to them yesterday. They were fantastic. Their patience was incredible. Got food out very quick. They even came around with extra food to hand out to the kids. Impressive.
