Went to walmart and thought to go to this restaurant and honestly that was good decision

Wonderful experience all around from start to finish. I walked into a clean restaurant, was greeted from behind the counter right when as walked in the door, the gentleman behind the counter that helped me was so very friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches, #11, Stickball & #13 The Original Italian where made picture perfect and tasted just as good. We'll done FF Jersey Mike's, we will be back!

Prices are way high. This is not subway prices. 21 usd. For a giant sub and small drink. Sandwich is maybe a 15 I got a number 5 the super sub. And drinks should lot be 2.79. More like 2.00 for a small. This meal should be closer to around 17 It a decent place but high prices. Not to many add ona avail basics. Some time simple is bwtterNo military or veteran discount.for the sandwich small or minni is 7.25 reg 9.75 and large is 17.65. It's just OK nothing special bit Over priced

Dietary restrictions: Micheal was not professional at all refused to make my son's sandwich to meet his medical needs meat needed to be heated up to kill bacteria because my son had a liver transplant can't eat cold cuts unless heated so tried to order a cold sandwich as a hot one Micheal refused to heat it made our sandwich and sent it out the door my child could not eat it shame on you Micheal you're going to kill or make someone's child deathly ill im never buying food here again because Micheal explanation was its against company policy to heat a cold sandwich meat up if this is your store policy and as an owner don't Want tk sell extra meat or heat foods my money is gone forever shame on you good luck staying in business refusing simple customer request

Sincerely lost customer wish I could get my 20 bucks back
