Jersey Mike's Subs

The dream team is at Jersey Mike’s! Everyone there was warm and efficient and courteous.
We were greeted with “Hello! So what are you thinking tonight?”
Each staffer was either frying bacon or refilling items or helping people or shaving meats or cheeses. The sandwich was huge and so was the salad. It was “sit down” restaurant quality food to be sure.

Stopped in tonight at 5 minutes to close and the 3 workers were gracious and accommodating. Best customer service I've had in a long time. My husband hadn't eaten all day because of work and said his sandwich was awesome. They made us 6 sandwiches to take to a cross country meet tomorrow and didn't bat an eye at the large order so close to close. There were also awesome tunes playing too, just making it an ever better stop for us. 1st time customers and we will definitely be back!

I ordered...... waited 5-8min for them to slice the meat.... then another 5min to start making the sandwich. There was 3 employees and 2 guests in the store.... took me 10 -15 min to get a sub

These guys here at this location are the very best .The staff has great communication skills,very clean restaurant. The kitchen looked really clean and the dining area was fly free despite up the street at subway lol. I would trust jersey mikes and these guys here before I goto subway and eat their fly sandwiches and deal with their rude staff . Fletcher , Josh , Christian , and Jade are the dream team staff . Corporate should really promote these guys with a trip to Hawaii or something for their greatness . And I’m sorry Jade is a polite young lady with cool purple hair . Come meet them all , they’re all terrific individuals.

Managers are friendly and welcoming. Levi was very friendly and communicative with me throughout the whole process whilst also catering to me having hearing damage. Super friendly guys here and always amazing subs!

Every time I come to Jersey Mike’s, the food is always fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality in every bite — the bread is soft, the veggies are crisp, and the meats are sliced right in front of you. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They’re always super friendly and welcoming, and they actually take a second to ask how your day is going. It’s a small gesture, but it makes a big difference. Great food, great people — definitely one of my go-to spots!

The food was fantastic! Customer service was amazing! Place was very clean. Employees were actively working on cleanliness! We heard the manager complimenting and encouraging other staff in their cleaning tasks. Staff and manager on duty were very friendly.
