5 pm and I’m at drive thru and order whole meal.. waited at drive thru and .. gets my food handed to me all at once chips sub and cookie … handed all in one go no bag ???? Do I have to asked if I can get a bag with ..next time ? At least jersey mikes have bags..in store and drive thru .. #jimmyjohn fell off . Sheesh not my (use to be) favorite place ..

If you’re wanting to get your sandwich delivered DO NOT ORDER from this one. They never have delivery drivers yet there known for Freaky Fast delivery.Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Have tried multiple times at different times of the day to get delivery but yet always get a phone call asking if I can come pick it up. If I wanted to or could pick it up I would’ve selected pick up and not delivery.

Ordered at 8:38pm store manager called at 8:51 and said they closed. In the time they wasted till they called they could have made my food. This happens almost every time we order. Manager doesn’t even apologize just sits and says “uhh know anyone who needs a job?” Not my job to find you employees when the manager can’t even do his job.

For the second time and the last. Go there and they only have wheat bread. Why don't they go ahead and close their doors for good!!!!!

So, I'm at Jimmy right now and it's 8:43pm. They told me they closed early tonight. Not supposed to close til 9pm. So a big waste of my time, and my gas cuz I live on the other side of town. Not cool at all. I think they just don't feel like working. I doubt whoever is in charge knows they do this at night. Hopefully they do now.
