Dinner side seems intended to be a tiny bit more upscale, we sat on the pub side. Full bar, plenty of drink options.

From the moment we drove up to the restaurant it was a good experience. The outside cottage look is very welcoming and the outside was clean. Walking in there are a variety of seating options. Highly recommend the pretzel and beer cheese. We were waited on very well. Start to finish great experience and highly recommended.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is flat, the front door is wide enough to accommodate a wheel chair. The patio also has a ramp that could be accessed

You can get a decent meal and drinks here—decent, but not great or noteworthy. I’d like to see them embrace more of a farm-to-table vibe, especially during summer months when there’s so much locally farmed produce in the region, and year-round fit meats and whatever else they can source locally in the offseason. Get a bit more adventurous with salads than iceberg lettuce-based salads.

We called a head and was told 6pm would be okay for a table of 4. When we got there we were tild it would be a 30-45 minute wait for food. We were fine with that. We were put in a small room and forgotten about. It took 30 - 40 minutes to get a waitress to even come to the table. We had to go ask for service. She apologized and said she wasn't told we were there. Then it took another 50 minutes to get our food. It was hot and tasted okay but when you arrive at 6pm and don't get your food until 740 anything might taste good at that point. There was a different waitress at a table right across from us in the same small room. She took her tables order, served their food and bussed their table and never once made eye contact with us or asked us if we needed help. We even tried to flag her down but she just kept going. She could clearly see we had not been waited on.
Overall the food tasted fine. The waitress apologized for the wait and was friendly when we saw her. I just felt out of sight out of mind. Maybe next time someone waits that long, offer a free beverage or a 10% discount or something.

A few locals recommended this place, we tried it. My tap beer was served cold, Wifes can was warm, not even chilled….Beer Cheese soup was salty, was melted velveeta cheese and beer, topped with soggy curtons…hard to enjoy…Walleye was very fishy, no seasoning, and full of bones….Prime Rub special was overcooked from a heat lamp, not a grill…and was hard to cut with a steak knife….was overcharged on our side dishes…was very disappointed….couldn’t finish…went to Jimmy Johns.

Saturday 6:30pm. I was greeted with a smile and seated. Server was at table immediately asking what my choice of drink to start would be. She mentioned it was her 2nd day. But, this young server didn't miss a beat. Ribeye dinner ordered. Server was spot on. Polite. Explained my selection. Pleasant. Steak cooked to perfection of M/R. Side dishes ordered were hot. No less than 4 times server came back to ensure I was satisfied. Co worker checked on me as well. Employees were heard using please and thank you amongst themselves. If not serving the steady Saturday night crowd gradually coming in, new server Katyln, and noticed other male server, were cleaning and keeping busy. Music and sport TV's were at an acceptable dinner time volume. Manager seen contributing to work flow. Great meal gang! Bravo!!! New ownership has got a great team.
