Aug. 9, 2025 - 10:00am - On our way through Fergus Falls on a road trip. Laiken took our order and I have to say she was one of the best McDonald employees I have ever met. She did a nice job of trying to upsell, got our order correct and was super nice and fun to talk to. She even smiled a lot which is rare these days. The food was hot and properly prepared when served. The restaurant was clean. But again, Laiken is great!!

This McDonalds location is by far the most pitiful I’ve seen in a long time. The decor is misleading because it suggests a high quality experience. There is absolutely no one to great you at the register so you have to use the kiosk to order something as simple as a frappé. My husband and I ordered 1 large frappé to share and a pie. After waiting upwards of 20+ minutes, whilst swatting away an unsanitary amount of flys. We were given the frappe. No pie. The workers are unwelcoming, disengaged, and disheveled. It’s best you drive to the town over to get what you want. You’ll probably get it faster anyway.

been a couple years since I’ve tried McDonald’s I thought to give you a chance after a couple years, look forward to a burger cheeseburger sure enough there was hair in it, as expensive as they are nowadays at least they can afford hairnets with one happy meal they sell ,, I don’t know

Went inside to get to go order, and it seemed under staffed in the front.
The lady at the cash register talked to me for a few minutes about my car and how she had a similar one while we waited for the line to progress.
Her simple conversation helped me more than she will ever know. I had just dropped my dog off for surgery to find out if she had cancer (she did).
The egg McMuffin was 🔥 too.

I was told I was being rude for customizing an order. And then asked why she just kept repeating that I'd have to find a new place to eat I legit only said no mayo add cheese and that was all, I thought we were able to customize food? Cus we all have different preferences so that's odd. I could've been allergic for all she knew. She kept trying to finish the order and tell me the price even tho I had 4 meals to order cus there was multiple people in my vehicle. She said I was removing and adding items which I never said I wanted that removed or readded anything. She said if we continued to order or kept talking she'd call the authorities and said we were wasting their time and product (food) when we were the only ones in line to begin and food shouldn't be made until an order is finished so that's odd aswell? I decided to quit fighting with this person cus all I was trying to do was get food I did not know customizing an order was too confusing for drive thru, I ordered inside and got my food, they forgot my sauce and when I went in I was stared at while asked for some sweet and sour sauce please, and finally given sauce with no emotion or here you go have a nice day nun which cool ur mad I just wanna eat, I said thank you and have a better night

Maria was the worker who took our order and during that she kept messing up our order and mistaking us of being finished when nobody ever said they were done with the order. Then after she kept messing it up she got frustrated and decided to ask us to leave and go and eat somewhere else. We refused and asked why because we were just adding another meal on but she got mad and told us to leave then she explained that we were the ones saying we were finished with our order and kept trying to make another order and change our order when we never did any of that or said any of that. She said that its all recorded so you can check for yourself and see who's lying if you dont believe us!
