So this was the worst experience ever!! They were out of the medium cups so the solution was to use large cups. The problem is even though you don’t want a large they are charging more for this and refuse to accommodate this inconvenience the store managers inability to order properly. So instead of not up charging customers they just charge and argue with you. They most likely have the medium cups but are trying to make more money is the the truth. Will not be going back here ever again. #mcdonaldsfailure #probablyhavemediumcups

McRib, only reason I came back. They acted like I should know their shake machine is broken after it allowed me to order it, no apology or discount . Then I asked for a spicy buffalo sauce to go with the fries, the manager claimed they hadn't had it in "like 5 years". Time to get it back then!
