*If other food delivery people have a rude experiences during the day at McDs please file a complaint both with McDs headquarters and your food delivery service. I second what was said by Seth. The two women that manage the restaurant during the day were incredibly rude to me as a door dasher. When I tried to give an explanation they stated, you can leave, we'll just block you then as I was leaving they were talking a bunch of trash about me. I've heard and seen them be rude to customers as well. Look, we're all just trying to get by right now. Maybe some better people skills for someone that works in this industry would be a good thing for them. Actually talk to your customers instead of fight them at every move. Door dash will be filing a complaint on my behalf and I will not be blocked. A little niceness and a little conversation can go a long way.

This is the absolute worse McDonald experience I have ever had. In addition to the long wait. They couldn’t get the order correct when we placed it (how does someone hear “2 cheeseburger kids meals” when we ordered an “4 piece chicken nugget kids meal”) and then they tried to give us the wrong order at the window. Additionally they had 4 people staring at us at the pick up window who had the audacity to be rude when WE informed THEM that there had been no one to take our payment at the first window and we still needed to pay.What a disorganized mess and definitely fails to live up to the standards of McDonald’s. Gone down drain since management change. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Aug. 9, 2025 - 10:00am - On our way through Fergus Falls on a road trip. Laiken took our order and I have to say she was one of the best McDonald employees I have ever met. She did a nice job of trying to upsell, got our order correct and was super nice and fun to talk to. She even smiled a lot which is rare these days. The food was hot and properly prepared when served. The restaurant was clean. But again, Laiken is great!!
Great location, superior staff and helpful. Food fast fresh and … wait for it… CORRECT!

This McDonalds location is by far the most pitiful I’ve seen in a long time. The decor is misleading because it suggests a high quality experience. There is absolutely no one to great you at the register so you have to use the kiosk to order something as simple as a frappé. My husband and I ordered 1 large frappé to share and a pie. After waiting upwards of 20+ minutes, whilst swatting away an unsanitary amount of flys. We were given the frappe. No pie. The workers are unwelcoming, disengaged, and disheveled. It’s best you drive to the town over to get what you want. You’ll probably get it faster anyway.

been a couple years since I’ve tried McDonald’s I thought to give you a chance after a couple years, look forward to a burger cheeseburger sure enough there was hair in it, as expensive as they are nowadays at least they can afford hairnets with one happy meal they sell ,, I don’t know
