Awesome beer!! Shore lunch hands-down, one of the best beer I've ever tried.. It puts summer shandy to shame !! Hoping you guys stuck around for a long time and you keep making that shore lunch all your round!

This place is so cool by putting it right on the shore of the Otter Tail River in a place that nobody else would have thought of. They struck gold and are setting the example of riverside development. Everyone should come and experience this great new place.

July 14, Kirkbride Park in Fergus Falls at the Bad Rising Moon Ccr tribute band summer series concert. Not a local, just visiting from Massachusetts.
Two breweries here, Outstate brewing and Fergus Brewing. Outstate brewing has the superior brew by a long shot. ?
Thanks, Outstate Brewing for the dank Backroads hazy IPA. It hits heavy on the top palate with a lot of bright notes accentuated by a nice fizz. The unfiltered/minimally filtered hazy IPA leaves a pleasantly sweet citrus taste that fills the mouth.
Their Blue Northern Lager (I think it's called) is a nice floral, light beer. At 4% It leaves a bit to be desired for me but my mother loved it!

I always love outstate! The venue is outstanding, the drinks are great, ole and Lena's pizza fits the laid back atmosphere and a food truck is even better. Its a great place to chill with friends.
Not sure what happened here but it’s not the same. I used to come here and see all my friends, but now it feels like I'm interrupting an exclusive party. The staff used to be very warm and welcoming. It’s all smiles with some patrons, but then ignore me entirely when I’m trying to be friendly. They will run out of a beer and say “sorry but I think we ran out, maybe” and not bother to check.

What a great place! Definitely a hidden gem amongst Fergus Falls! Overlooking the river was beautiful.
Enjoyed the double IPA and the view. Today was the all you can eat Smelt Fish Fry by Johnny's food truck! ?
