Rebecca and the crew at the East Fir location are amazing!!! Doesn't matter what I order it's all so good and served with a cheerful smile and enthusiasm! It's nice to see employees that are excited and enjoy their jobs. Keep spreading the cheer!!

Workers are so nice and wonderful they gave me so many Boba balls more than any other place would! 100000000stars hehe<3 they also made sure i had a straw and what drink I wanted so nice I love going there!

bought a matcha latte in almond milk and asked for 2 kids whip cream/pup cup. Then she asked me for nearly $12... ? She charged me for the whip cream cups, which were huge. I declined one of the whip cream cups because one was enough for 6 pup cups. She didn't refund me and closed the window. The matcha itself was fine. I'd recommend trying out Scooters or Calleys.

Normally I really enjoy the coffee. Today, however, I ordered one of the specials for March. It was a hazlenut latte with Lucky Charms for St. Patrick’s Day. AFTER ordering and paying for my drink, I received just a hazlenut latte with no Lucky Charms. I understand being out, but this should really be told to customers before they have payed! I rarely go out for coffee, but remembered the drink from last year and was looking forward to it. I wouldn’t have purchased the drink if I knew it was missing components. I also should have been charged for just a flavored latte not the special drink. No offers were made for a different drink either :(

The last three times I’ve gotten coffee and asked for a 16 oz I have been given a 12 oz cup. When I told the employee they proceeded to argue with me telling me it was a 16 oz cup even after showing them the 12 on the bottom of the cup…I paid $7.10 for a 12 oz cup of coffee that they either forgot to put flavoring in or put very little in that you couldn’t taste it.

favorite summer and fall drink place to go to! i recommend the “sunset lemonade” with boba.
