I went to subway in Fergus falls.some girl didn't feel like baking bread so she didnt.The bread was hard and stale.a girl that was there saw a crowd coming in and she didn't help anyone and went in the back.The saving grace was a young guy named Caleb.U better keep that guy because he was in controll and saved the day.

I have recently had a bad experience here where they messed up my entire order and would do nothing to fix it. The manager basically blew me off stating the employees were new, so too bad I wasted money on two subs I couldn't eat. I started going to the one across town. But I was near this one recently and gave them another chance. I ordered online but made sure to be there to watch them make my sub. The employee was really nice, and he got both subs perfect!

We had 2 bad experiences in a row at the College Way location and I swore I'd never go back. My wife talked me into using the app for the Bogo deal so, I figured I'd give them one more shot. We each ordered the Monster sub (Steak, bacon 2x cheese). We even paid extra for the double steak and double bacon, we were starving. We customized them online where everything is basically typed out, I know because it's on my receipt. We had zero bacon, zero cheese and there was no way that was double steak. I've eaten enough double steak Subs to tell the difference, I honestly don't think it was even a normal amount of steak. The toppings were wrong as well.. close but still wrong. It just really ticked me off. I paid $35 AND I included a tip for curbside. I called to complain and no one answered, I complained to corporate. I'm done with them. Jimmy John's is more expensive and they don't have steak but at least their subs are made correctly and if you order extra meat.. you get extra meat. Plus Jersey Mike's is opening soon by Walmart. I love Subway steK Subs but 3 bad experiences in a row? Especially when it's ordered on the app and everything is in print? I saved my receipt this time to remind me next time why NOT to order from them. Granted it only happened yesterday but, we were really hungry and looking forward to how they were suppose to be. Seriously disappointed. The 2 Subs before that had so much mayonnaise on them it was literally oozing out of every inch of the sub. We honestly thought it was a bad joke meant for a workers friend. I just don't get it. I can't justify spending that much money on a sub and having them be that wrong/bad 3 times in a row.. Anywho, that's my rant on College Way Subway. They lost us as customers after yesterday's experience. The bags of Lay's chips were correct though.. There's that I guess.

By far my worst experience to date. My orders were placed ahead of time. I show up to pick up orders and they had not been started yet. Due to the fact that there was no bread. 7pm on Friday and no bread had been prepared for the evening. One girl completely cranked out of mind. 30mins of waiting in frustration of making 12 6 inch sandwiches out of only flat bread. I get my boxes of food. Which included 12 cookies for a kids party. The girl tells me as I am walking out with what I think is my order, she says oh by the way we haven't made any cookies. Done with that store. Absolute joke.

I would give 0 stars if I could, but sadly that isn't an option. I got there 30 minutes before it closed, the lady working there watched me go up to the door and try to open it but it was locked. Went to the drive through, big surprise, she didn't even ask me my order. When we drove into the drive through I saw her in a car smoking weed instead of doing her job. I rarely give bad reviews or reviews in general, but she was terrible at her job. I went there on May 7th 2023 at 9:30pm so hopefully the managers can figure out who was working and talk to her about her customer service.
