The breakfast sandwich is lights out. Fluffernutter toast is excellent as well. So many good looking specials too but I can never bring myself to stray. Staff is always very nice and even when slammed accommodating.
Watch out for this place. The food is addicting. The staff is amazing. The ambiance relaxing.
Jenny Stumbo is the best! She makes the most delicious lattes!
Great small town vibes. Lovely people.
Excellent food!
Used to be so much better. The portion sizes have gotten crazy small. I leave hungry every time as of the last several visits. The coffee also tastes burnt and bitter now, I think they are exclusively using a very dark roast, which works fine for lattes and the like, but for black coffee and Americanos, it is awful. They used to have the best coffee in town in my opinion. The food is still delicious, just not nearly enough of it. I got this Scrambler to go for $16 and it was about 7 bites of food. I'm still quite hungry and more than a little annoyed at how much I paid for this tiny amount of food. When I picked up the box I thought they had forgotten to put my food in it, it barely weighed anything. Didn't used to be this way, but as of the last 3-4 visits, this seems to be the new normal.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Jayden for 2 catering needs. One was for 250 people and the other for 25 people.
Gumbo and King Cakes were on the menu for both.
Jayden was super great to work with, timely communicator, offered good suggestions and ultimately set up and delivered it all. It went flawlessly!
Chef Evan nailed the gumbo, absolutely delicious. Folks from New Orleans said it was some of the best gumbo they have eaten. That's a great endorsement!
The cakes and cupcakes were yummy and eye appealing as well.
Thanks Toast for all of your hard work!
TOAST is a lovely and cozy space, the food is comforting and love their Chai. Even though I love their Avocado toast but I love the waffle with berries. So simple but perfect right before you go off to run errands.

We stop at Toast every chance we get when we’re going through Fergus. Every meal so far has been perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. And the coffee is so good! Couple things we’ve learned: order the peanut butter and jelly on the side if you want to dunk plain buttered toast in your egg yolks and spread pb or j on the leftover toast. They could use some serrated knives to cut through the hearty bread in most of their dishes - the smooth butter knives don’t have much cutting power. Love to eat at restaurants that serve things I wouldn’t take the time to cook for myself at home. We will be back again and again.

In a small town like Fergus, you’re lucky to find a place with such flavorful delightful food! I’ve had 3 different dishes and they’re all amazing. Many coffee/drink choices as well

Our meal took 35 minutes to arrive, while our server walked past our table without even a glance. I asked someone who appeared to be the manager and she admitted that we had already been waiting 30 minutes at that point. She said she'd check on it. When our food finally arrived our server did not apologize, nor had the manager. She said thank you for our patience and offered to warm up our ice cold French press coffee with regular coffee. I expected to be comped for the coffee at least, but that was not offered. We will not be back.

Good, creative food, feels like Fergus Falls
Nice local Scandinavian-themed Cafe with toast-centered fare. Great breakfast spot. Contrary to what one would think, there are gluten-free options and the staff was knowledgeable about Celiac cross-contact concerns. I did not react, and had the Smoked Salmon GF Toast.
