TOAST is a lovely and cozy space, the food is comforting and love their Chai. Even though I love their Avocado toast but I love the waffle with berries. So simple but perfect right before you go off to run errands.

We stop at Toast every chance we get when we’re going through Fergus. Every meal so far has been perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. And the coffee is so good! Couple things we’ve learned: order the peanut butter and jelly on the side if you want to dunk plain buttered toast in your egg yolks and spread pb or j on the leftover toast. They could use some serrated knives to cut through the hearty bread in most of their dishes - the smooth butter knives don’t have much cutting power. Love to eat at restaurants that serve things I wouldn’t take the time to cook for myself at home. We will be back again and again.
In a small town like Fergus, you’re lucky to find a place with such flavorful delightful food! I’ve had 3 different dishes and they’re all amazing. Many coffee/drink choices as well
Parking: Small lot to the south of the building close to entrance
Our meal took 35 minutes to arrive, while our server walked past our table without even a glance. I asked someone who appeared to be the manager and she admitted that we had already been waiting 30 minutes at that point. She said she'd check on it. When our food finally arrived our server did not apologize, nor had the manager. She said thank you for our patience and offered to warm up our ice cold French press coffee with regular coffee. I expected to be comped for the coffee at least, but that was not offered. We will not be back.

Nice local Scandinavian-themed Cafe with toast-centered fare. Great breakfast spot. Contrary to what one would think, there are gluten-free options and the staff was knowledgeable about Celiac cross-contact concerns. I did not react, and had the Smoked Salmon GF Toast.

Töast is my favorite restaurant in Fergus Falls. Everything I have ordered there has been amazing. Their ability to blend flavors of many ingredients into one delicious dish is remarkable to me. The toast options on the menu consist of two pieces of toast with additional ingredients (meat, vegetables, sauces) piled on top into one beautifully presented meal. Additionally, there are breakfast options, salads, and specials. The only downside is the limited seating space which comes with the location. Show up early for lunch, especially if you have a small party and don't want to take up a large table. The booths fill quickly!
Parking: Parking is available in front of the building, on the side by The Market, and in the rear Service Foods lot.
It was very loud, not much for sound absorption. Couldn't hear everyone at the table as they were speaking. Food was good. Service was good.

This is my favorite place to eat anytime I’m in town! Some of the best breakfast and coffee in the area :) Their croque madame is delicious, especially with an extra egg!

This place needs to take a better look at one of their employees. I had a server invade our personal space while we were seated at our table. Leaning over our table and reaching his hands into our space, in a manner we both found creepy. I think that the server needs to be reminded of respectful serving etiquette. His whole energy was inappropriate to put it blatantly. It's a shame to have an experience like that. I used to find Töast a comforting spot for brunch I'd look forward to.
P.s. I do plan to leave a good review later on, expecting the next experience redeems. I trust this feedback will be used to benefit TÖAST in the meantime.
