TOAST is a lovely and cozy space, the food is comforting and love their Chai. Even though I love their Avocado toast but I love the waffle with berries. So simple but perfect right before you go off to run errands.
We stop at Toast every chance we get when we’re going through Fergus. Every meal so far has been perfectly cooked and beautifully plated. And the coffee is so good! Couple things we’ve learned: order the peanut butter and jelly on the side if you want to dunk plain buttered toast in your egg yolks and spread pb or j on the leftover toast. They could use some serrated knives to cut through the hearty bread in most of their dishes - the smooth butter knives don’t have much...
In a small town like Fergus, you’re lucky to find a place with such flavorful delightful food! I’ve had 3 different dishes and they’re all amazing. Many coffee/drink choices as well
