Placed my order and was ready for pick up at 5:01 online and on the app says that they will be closing at 7pm well they already had the door locked and wasn’t taking any more orders after 5. But they had people in the drive through and refused to fulfill my order. I asked the lady at the drive through how come they can do the people in front of me but can’t fulfill my order that’s already suppose to be ready then she said they were out of stuff and went and go the manager. They then told me I had to call their corporate number to refund my order. I will not be coming back here.

It's a taco bell, the reason to come back is the reliable people. I've never had an issue with an incorrect order and never been given any grief over my order. They're always professional even if they may be swamped.

I’m a frequent customer at this Taco Bell, and I want to offer honest feedback in a neutral way. Across many visits, I’ve experienced a recurring pattern of order errors—Chipotle sauce added to a steak quesadilla without any modification request, tomatoes added to soft shell tacos that weren’t supposed to include them, strawberries mixed into a tropical punch refresca, and sparingly filled breakfast items making you pay extra for something filling.
I’ve often had to return to the window to get items remade, which is frustrating and wastes time. Or I was disappointed in the exchange.
There are definitely good workers here, but I’ve also seen unprofessional behavior and a level of inconsistency that suggests gaps in training or supervision.
I enjoy Taco Bell and want to keep coming back, but I hope this location improves accuracy and professionalism moving forward.

Open later than some others. Very slow drive through. One window for pay and pickup. One menu board which you can't see until you order. Needs two menu boards.

Went here after basketball game and got the crunch wrap supreme. The food took a little longer to come out but was good. I would like to say that there were no names on the bags so I didn’t know if it was mine or not.
