I love Taco Bell but after finding a very long black hair under my Mexican pizza after I ate half of it and then waiting a while before I went back just to bite into a huge piece of plastic bigger than a quarter I've sworn off Taco Bell at least the one in Fergus Falls. The food preparer has long black hair and isn't required to put it up obviously. They don't take caution when opening their bags thus the large piece of plastic in my food and that's the stuff that I can see scary!

Ordered hard shell tacos, among other things. Shells looked like someone smashed their fist onto the shells. They were completely destroyed. I had to eat my tacos with a fork!

Didn't get order correct but hooked up a soda when asked for one I forgot to order!
Twice now I have ordered take out and delivery and both times instead of giving me Mt Dew zero I received Mt Dew Baja Blast zero. I get a refund each time, but I ordered it for delivery so in order to get a free mt dew zero I would have to pay another delivery charge.
Kinda dirty on the inside the store. The men's bathroom needs attention . These darn touch screen order machines very low customer to employees interaction
