I travel past Fergus and this may be the second or third time I’ve stopped at this Taco John’s. It is clean. The wait staff friendly. They were trying to help a gentleman order a special request on the kiosk. I didn’t get what I ordered though. After I left with my food and was eating it I realized it wasn’t what I ordered. I looked at my receipt—which I should have done right when I got it—and realized the order was put in wrong. The good tastes just like it should from a Taco John’s.

I stopped in for lunch and the place was buzzing. There was a wait, but it didn't take long for the four people in front of me to get their orders in.
I ordered a super potato ole and the chicken taco special. The Oles were awesome, best I've had in a long time. I love Taco John's and this is the one to go out of your way to try if your in town.

Mariah and Derik here at this location are the most polite employees I've ever seen . They made me feel welcome with wonderful smiles and was so helpful with me making my order in which was 4 fiesta 2 for $5 tacos , fiesta sauce and,sour cream . I can't forget the bites I had ordered for dessert. The food was a ten.

Went in tonight December 1 ask for 2 boss burritos with no black beans they were not busy and I got boss burritos with black beans didn't find out tell I was home on other side of town

Rude to customers wait times are terrible if they are “busy” when asked what was taking a while they got rude with customers. One customer paid and walked out after asking what was taking so long because the employee got rude with the customer. Just terrible service. Just can’t believe how they speak to people.
Best Taco John's I've ever been to. Staff is experienced, fast and friendly. They also get me through quickly, even when they are very busy!

Ever since TJs closed all the shops in Fargo, I stop at the location in Fergus whenever I have the opportunity.
This trip, I had a glitch in the app, so I went inside. I told the older lady at the counter what happened, and she looked at my app order and entered it. There was an issue of some sort, and a young gal cave up to assist.
She was pretty rude to the older lady, and rolled her eyes and told her that was an online order only. The older gal didn't miss a beat, and said " not anymore", and promptly got the order entered as I had on the app originally.
More eye rolling from the younger one, and she stomped away. I got my order, and exchanged smiles with the older one.
The food? Secondary to be the service i got from the older lady. Thank you.
