I used Jenessa and the Erickson's Smokehouse team to cater for a family reunion we had in Crookston for about 25+ people. They did an excellent job. Jenessa was excellent to work with and plan for the event. The menu consisted of brisket sandwiches, broasted chicken, cheesy hashbrowns, and their macoroni salad. Everything was enjoyed by all attending. I would definitely use them again if the opportunity arises.
My niece ordered her wedding reception meal from the Smokehouse. I picked it up, and the smell was mouthwatering in my car. Highly recommend for some excellent food. Mabey needs a little updating.
Erickson's is superb! We have been there numerous times over the years, and it is always consistently good. Just one time in dozens of visits when they were busy, we waited a long time to even be acknowledged and we ordered, got our food and it was cold. I did tell the waitress we weren't pleased when I paid the bill. I haven't seen those same waitresses there since that day. We have tried everything on the menu, and it is all delicious.
